We had a full renovation done on our 20 year old bathroom by "Better Baths by Design" in early September 2024.
We could not be happier with the result. Pat, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Pat is easy to work with. She had great ideas for the design. Pat listened to what we were looking for and put together a plan for us that worked perfectly for us.
The crew, Justin and Tyler, were professional, and the work they did was outstanding. They consulted us often to keep us in the loop as to what was going on and what to expect. Justin and Tyler have a lot of experience, and they offered ideas that we would not have thought of based on their own years of experience doing these renovations.
After each day they worked, they cleaned everything up and had us look at what they had done and what to expect next.
The plumber and electrician were excellent, too, and Justin was there to oversee every step as well.
We would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company for a bathroom renovation.

Our neighbours reported a good experience with Better Baths by Design, which influenced our decision. Pat spent considerable time helping us to decide the design and materials. The contractor, Tyler, was very professional and friendly, always asking our preferences whenever there was an option, and doing a fantastic job with the walk-in shower and niche. It took several months from design to installation because they are very busy, but the wait was worth it!

I've just finished a bathroom reno and small addition. I came to Better Baths and Pat spent so much time with me working and refining the design I had imagined. She made it all come together. Her staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
My only complaint would be that I was not told about a 30 day limit to return unused boxes of tiles. I would have timed my tile purchases differently had I known that.

I have had extensive experience dealing with Better Baths and owner, Pat Mathewson. She is pleasant, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and professional in every way. We purchased fixtures for five baths with her and she assisted in designing them as well. We would not hesitate to recommend her or her team of pros!

We hired this company because of the good reviews it had. Their work was shoddy and their response to our complaints were unprofessional. We needed to have another company to come in and totally redo our renovations. I would not recommend this company.
