I was referred to Restwell twice in the last 6 months for an at-home sleep study and have never even got a call from their office with wait times, despite leaving several messages with their office. The at-home sleep study was an attractive alternative to a traditional sleep study, but they can’t even be bothered to give you an expected wait time so it doesn’t do anyone much good.

I went to Joel due to the long wait times for a referral for a sleep study - I paid a small fee and was able to do an at-home sleep study within 24 hours of meeting Joel. We had results less than 24 hours later, and was given a CPAP machine to try at home.

My quality of sleep has improved so much thanks to the products and services he offers. Joel is great to work with, very compassionate and knowledgeable and super fast responding to messages! His genuine concern for his clients is amazing to see and would 100% recommend him to anyone suffering from sleep apnea.
