Staff do not know the right information- was told $75 for a month long rental, then hours later told $85, and then was told "no delivery, you're in lower Hamilton right around the corner", and then when I was transferred through to be processed, I was told it would be $85 and another $85 for just delivery (I am in fact, right around the corner, and this is an astronomical price as it is- labour and gas would come nowhere near for a delivery that MAY take 20 minutes round trip). Tracy was rude- when I asked why there was an inconsistency, she said I never should've been told that and that she would "deal with" the person who told me that (he was much, much more pleasant). No apology, no offer to make things right, and when I said I was disappointed in this, she condescendingly said "okay!". Truly awful service. Please take your business elsewhere.

My chair was discontinued a while back and I thought I couldn't get it fixed but Jason helped me so much I am now able to sit comfortably in my chair and no worried about my feet sliding under my chair anymore thank you so much for the kind service look forward to possibly getting a new chair when the time comes ... you guys rock

We got a brace from here for my petite mother. Craig worked diligently, coming over to the hospital multiple times, to work on the brace to make it as comfortable as possible for her. He custom made a new back piece for her to fit over the curve in her spine and help provide less pressure on a sore that was developing. He drilled custom holes in it to make it fit her petite frame better. He came quickly when the OT phoned him and got the brace back to us quickly when he had to take it back to his shop to modify it. He was very helpful, kind and pleasant to deal with. The people in their office were also helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Had to call all the time for walker and scooter then when approved made appt to go in went for appt but salesman wasn't in didn't have decency to call me to cancel appt with all medical issues hard to get around then after a week of still waiting for call had to call again was told he was on lunch after waiting 2 hours still no return call now have to call again if I can arrange with special support to go with someone else I will very poor customer service
