I really enjoyed my appts with her. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. She also has a great sense of humour and had me laughing at each meeting.

Elijah the RMT was wonderful as well. Very professional and caring.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Wait times were short and they were able to work around my schedule.

Unfortunately my experience was not good. Out of 6 appointments 2 were cancelled. One appointment I was sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone told me my therapist had gone home sick. The other was a voice message 1 hour before appointment that I didn’t see so again I was in the waiting room. I appreciate people get sick or injured and because I’m in health care I understand this more than most. I have no problem with that what bothers me is the first cancellation I was not contacted at all. Maybe a word with your receptionist would be helpful. The second cancellation a voicemail was left 1 hour 15 minutes before my appointment that I didn’t see.

I got my knee treated at Aldergrove Physiotherapy Clinic. It’s a hidden GEM. They did everything to make me feel better ?. I was even provided with a custom brace and so many exercises (printing them out for me everytime so that i could remember!!). Thank you Amitinder and Team for being so knowledgeable and helpful.

I absolutely love this place! Inderpreet has changed my life. I went in the beginning of May because of a muscle strain in my abdomen. For the past 3 years, since having my baby, I haven't felt like myself. I would get nauseous randomly and had a lot of headaches and had constant fatigue. I thought it was just because "moms are tired". Inderpreet fixed this! I feel like a brand new person. She is very knowledgable and truly cares about her patients well-being.
