I recently dealt with these folks to get a piece of equipment for post op recovery. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I took one star off is because I the first fellow I talked to on the phone didn't send the estimate I asked for so I had to send an email asking again. They got the estimate to me very quickly after that. I went to the store and Mckala (I hope I spelled that correctly :) was fantastic at helping me make sure the equipment fit and showed me how to use it. I highly recommend these folks if you need any medical equipment.

Fabulous! Friendly, helpful and responsive. Hard to get this level of customer these days. Selena answered my many phone calls and emails, helping find the perfect ankle support and even ordering two sizes, to make sure I got the right one. In store, Mikaela continued to provide the same high level of customer service. All in all, a great experience.

The staff were absolutely amazing at getting us the equipment we needed so that my son could be discharged from the hospital. Leah went above and beyond and we are extremely appreciative for the efforts she put in to make the whole process completely stress free.

Broke my leg in a skiing accident last year. Completely forgot to leave a review. They delivered to my apartment in whistler on short notice and ensured I had everything needed for my recovery. Was looking forward to hitting the mountains again this year and just remembered how much I owe this team. Thought the least I could do is leave a good review. :)

I had to assist a dear friend in purchasing a wheelchair, including selecting the vendor. Since this was a major purchase that would affect his daily quality of life, choosing the right business was imperative. I liked that BC MedEquip is family owned and operated, and that they offer a wide variety of wheelchairs. Bill, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns (there were many) in a timely manner and followed up throughout the process as well. My friend ended up with a wheelchair that we are both happy with. We had positive experiences with BC Medequip and appreciate the great customer service we received.
