I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and the staff - they are kind, caring, helpful and obviously invested in what they do. When I first became their client several years ago, they were very supportive in explaining how to use my medications and what to expect in terms of outcomes. It was the first time I experienced a pharmacy so concerned with making sure their clients understood what to do and why. Over the years, they've always been attentive, fast and focused on providing truly excellent service. Rabieh is always a delight to work with - he even recently chased a Purolator truck in a snow storm to make sure the driver had my medication for me!

It's rare in this world that a business focuses primarily on supporting clients instead of making money - when that happens, the people who need that support find this approach deeply comforting. Honestly what a pharmacy, in particular Rabieh himself. I had a full 30 minutes conversation on finding solutions via compounded medication to resolve my sciatica pain issue that i have been dealing with for some time since i keep getting side effects from oral medication.

He walked me through everything, in terms of what are some of the most effective ingredients that targets this issue for me as i will be heading to my doctor knowing what to exactly ask from him! I can't wait!
