Just over 2 years. Second time coming off. Contact for warranties has a mailbox that is not set up. Disappointing for a so called reputable company.

Beautiful model homes and sales presentation centre. Helpful staff.. Good alternative for those looking for a new home and don’t want to live in Orleans but also don’t mind the long drive on a two-lane road that likely is to get more and more busy as housing developments increase in years to come..

Great customer service provided by EQ Home builder. I bought townhome on De Letang sreet, Rockland. We found some issue and contacted to Customer Service. They responded very quickly and scheduled visit for inspection and got all things fixed.
I really appreciate and thankful to Francesca Jacobs (Manager), Kerri Beaulieu ( Administrator) and EQ team.
Thanks EQ Homes for having a good customer service team.

The houses are nicely built, but the roads at Clarence Crossing are an absolute mess. The time it is taking to finish the roads, driveways and landscaping is unreasonable.

Beautiful location and friendly service. Close enough to Rockland shipping areas and still not the far from Orleans. Unsure how the commute would be during rush hour traffic.

This location and the builder are a secret little gem that is making its way around Ottawa. The Rockland properties are Amazing !! And if you are in the market looking for a new home, have a look here.

New show homes...they appear to be built to code. Location and layout attractive. New development close to the river but not close enough to suggest potential for flooding.
