Good quality. I like that the company is very clear about how many times you can wash the reusable masks, and about the washing instructions. I love that these are made in Canada. Perhaps it depends on face shape, but my only suggestion for improvement is that the way the strings are fed through the sides of the mask, it seems they could fit slightly more flush to the face along the sides. I must say I haven't spent a lot of time yet experimenting with the adjustments.

I am extremely satisfied with the process of ordering the shield mask from Canadian Shield. Immediately after order this product on-line I received confirmation of my order. I received up-dates as to when it was being shipped. Then I received notice that it was being delivered on a certain day. I was also very impressed with the speed in which I received my order! I am very happy that their website offers a great video showing how to assemble the shield.
I highly recommend dealing with Canadian Shield for their PPE products.

I have been happy with masks I have previously ordered, however, customer support is unfortunately non-existent. I ordered a half box of respirators (almost $250) and was mailed 1 box of rapid tests ($50). They have not resent my actual order or refunded my money (they charged me for my original order) and I completed a customer support form with supplementary emails with pictures etc. as requested on January 1st. There is no phone number or other way to contact them. It is ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

My husband is an essential worker. He travels into work every day on the TTC, which is often overcrowded. Many people on it do not wear masks, or do not wear them over their nose. I was very happy to be able to order masks with a higher level of protection for him to wear on his commute. They are very well made and the ear loops far less chafing than the ones on other masks. The payment and delivery were quick and easy. I am so happy to be able to buy a Canadian product like this and have it sent to my door.

I was happy to find a Canadian manufacturer of PPE, and the prices were better than amazon. There was an error in my order--semi-reusable face masks rather than reusable face shields--but when I contacted Canadian Shield, they corrected the error promptly. I got to keep the semi-reusable face masks, too. No toxins in them, like some non-Canadian manufactured masks. I recommend this company. Shop Canadian!

The masks I ordered online were very easy to order and pay for, and were received within 3 days. They fit perfectly and are a welcome tool in the fight against Covid19. As an added bonus, I'm able to support some young Canadian entrepreneurs. Bravo!
