I had an excellent experience at Kitchen Stuff Plus about a week ago when I accidentally damaged an item. Despite my insistence on paying for it, the staff graciously refused, emphasizing their commitment to customer care. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, turning what could have been an awkward situation into a reminder of great service. I will definitely be returning to this store, not just for their products but for their exceptional customer service.

Went to get a few things. I asked for some help in getting a couple of fragile items from the shelf and a staff member assisted with no problem. Later I asked the same person if they had more of a different item at the back as I was buying the item for my mother in law and he happily went at the back to bring me more. It was a good experience today- you don’t get many staff going that little bit extra mile to help a customer. Thank you for making today a good shopping experience. Keep up the good job.

Noticed the improvement in their product line immediately. Nice to see quality brands I recognize. The prices are a bit off however, as I saw the identical box grater I purchased and the identical cookie scoop I almost purchased cheaper at Canadian tire the next day. Wasn't worth the drive back to Cookstown to return the box grater, but wasn't thrilled to know I could have saved money going to Canadian tire first.

Visited the Innisfil location on December 17th. Purchased two items that were not discounted nor marked differently from other items in the store. Prior to paying, I asked what the return policy for these items were. I was told that I had “30 days if unused and with receipt”. The receipt clearly stated in large bold letters that I had until January 16th, 2023 to return the items. Nowhere on the receipt did it say the items that I purchased were final sale.

Fast forward to December 30th, 2022. I returned to the same location, with the unused items and the receipt. I was told these items were ‘seasonal’ and could not be returned. I explained to their manager that I was told that I had 30 days if unused, and that the receipt is clear about the return policy. The item lines say nothing of ‘seasonal’ or ‘final sale’. Another employee came and in a really loud voice said that I was a ‘liar, no one told you that, get out before I call security.’ My 9 year old son was with me, so I decided that it was probably best not to escalate the issue further. I immediately called Kitchen Stuff Plus customer service and left a voice mail.

I will never return to any Kitchen Stuff Plus location or any of its affiliates.

When you need kitchen item upgrade or just a few items to replace broken ones, this is the place to go. Not too far up the 400, an easy relaxing drive to Cookstown more over is right in the outlet mall so, more to see, and the prices are not all that bad.

Girls are right on customer service. We are welcomed with a bright and cheerful smile then another girl shouts hello. I can see they love their job and they are glad to ne back

Kid is absolutely useless
I asked to help grab some heckle knives and he ignores me. His manager had to get it.. and he commented where the keys were.

Why would he comment if he didn't hear me? Kid just ignored me.

Dec 5 2020. Good safety protocols, i liked that they limited qty of people shopping and turned away the maskless. 5 stars to young lady on door duty. She wss polite but firm. Would shop here again.
