Great store clean. Well stocked. Even had my Ginger Beer ... Very hard to find. Lots of selection and very convenient access with lots of parking.

I used to like this store. This morning when I was at the checkout, there were 2 checkouts open plus the 12-items-or-under express checkout. There were lineups at the 2 regular checkouts but no one at the express checkout. I asked that cashier if I could use that checkout & she said it was for 12-item-or-under customers only. I told her that there were lineups at the other checkouts. Her reply was “grocery stores have lineups”. So I lined up and waited to pay for my groceries. The entire time, there were no customers at the express checkout & that cashier spent the whole time talking to the self-checkout cashier. Instead of helping customers. This was on Monday, Jan 20, 2025, around 9:15am. It should be noted that I am a big fan of the express checkout lane & it’s really unfair for people to use that checkout when they have too many items. It’s extremely annoying to everyone else. But when there are no customers & two cashiers choose to socialize instead of doing their jobs - that’s unreasonable and lazy. Those 2 cashiers had their bad work ethic on display.

I have meant to write in my review from many visits over the years.

This one was the best on November 11 for the moment of silence.

That was amazing for the store employee to let shoppers know we are about to have a moment of silence.

It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever been through. Thanks a lot to the very nice lady who was involved with this experience with me. The cashier that cashed us out.
Was in another place and time. not paying attention to what she was doing. She took my bank card and paid the other lady's groceries. Not paying attention to what she was doing.
Then she said she was not feeling well. And left it to another lady to fix her mess. It took a long time to get all the groceries, all rebated, and the money put back into my bank account. And then she had to ring all her groceries back in so she could charge her for her groceries..
And then rang all my groceries, though, so I could pay for my groceries.. I just want to thank the second teller for all the work she did to get this fixed. And also thank the very nice lady that was also involved in this mess.
I really think we should get gift cards for our hour wait. The 2nd teller should get a worker of the month award. And be recognized for her hard work. And the ability to fix the problem. I'm giving this a two star because of the first teller.
And would give a 5 start to the second teller. I hope to hear back from someone on this matter.

Very seldom can I complete my shopping list at once they usualy are out of alot of items . Shelves being filled during the day is annoying when they are taking up most of the isles with boxes , carts , product, latter's and some chat around to people they see that they know . People with anxiety like myself find this a nightmare because it's hard enough going into these stores but having to deal with the unknown stress of how your going to get down the isle you need without feeling like your bothering the workers . Shelves should be packed after close !

Strongly do not recommend this location!
Staff refuses to speak English in a public place in Canada, which it is our native language! Staff insulting Customers in their native language of Hindi or Punjabi. Extremely rude staff owner thinks it’s a joke and thinks that they have every right to speak their native language while working in a public place! In Canada, our languages or English in French, if they are not willing to speak English or French In Canada, they should not be working at all. He also refuses to price match more than four items of the same kind according to superstore lol laws no-frills trademark as well as online the limit is 12

When you can't make Yorkshire pudding. Search the entire store, they noticed I didn't have 12 steaks in my pants and showed me to the baked goods section. Beautiful people.
