Wasted my valuable time and gave me false hope for solutions for my troubled teen only to be let down and misguided. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I really love this place. The therapists are the best I've ever seen! I've seen a few, haha. But yeah, anyways, they are sweet attentive and know what they are doing!
They've helped a lot on the time that I've been here. The only thing is that you can't just call to confirm your appointment, and I've nearly forgotten when mine was, and it stressed me out a bit. But otherwise they are great!!

Beverlee J. the press launch for the Spring Hope Food Drive was this morning in Toronto and it was mentioned that you would not be able to attend given your work commitments. You were missed. We just want to thank you for raising millions of dollars in donations for those in need, and we're sure the organization you are working for must be outstanding as well for you to be working there. You are a remarkable young woman who has made a big difference in peoples lives.

The main person in charge Gaston is a nice person but that's as far as that goes. You're to sign paperwork stating you won't be involving any conversations with YOUR child about future visits at your OWN home. You can't take YOUR CHILD to the bathroom that some lady (stranger) who works there supposively is suppose to handle that. Which by the way my 4 yr old daughter wouldn't allow so I was able to accompany my own lil girl to help her go to the washroom while a worker observed. Very uneasy feeling when the only reason your forced to do these visits is because the court system fails kids these days. Next covid restrictions only allow 2-3 toys to be accessed during the visit. My daughter wanted a 4th toy and the young girl working was upset and told me they don't make their job harder by santizing a bunch of toys afterwards anyways this place is not what u sign up for it's 3 women poking their nose in all what should be a loving visit between dad's and their kids not someone who acts like your dangerous when that's not everyone's reasoning of why they are forced to have these visits. I quit after 2 visits even know I pre paid 4 of them was never offered a reimbursement don't care either. It's the principle though and now I have my kids with a civil.agreeememt once I told my children's mother about the visits.

You can't get appointments often, and seeing someone once a month for most people isn't going to help them. It might as well be a joke
