The worst walk in clinic, I had an appointment. Waited an hour to been seen, when seeing the dr on the tv screen. She hardly asked me questions to figure out what’s wrong with me. She then wrote me a prescription for me and hung up before I could ask any questions. I then take my prescription home and googled it and it is for some other infection, so the meds won’t even help me . I would never go here again, you will just end up going somewhere else to get the help you actually need. This clinic needs way more education!! Worst experience

The doctor that comes in person, Dr. J. Peter's placed me off work and has filled out the forms all along until this last one. First, she wanted $167 instead of the $65 paid for the other ones. Then she told the receptionist to have me see the nurse practitioner or the specialist to fill out the form.
She is the one who did all the tests and placed me off work. She even stated there are other ways to make money, such as starting a craft and selling it. She said I should retire as well.
I find it disturbing that she told my private information to a receptionist with no medical training at all. Plus, tell me to go to people who had no clue why I was off to fill the last forms for me when she put me off, not either one of them.
I find the service I received extremely concerning and unprofessional as well as a preach of my privacy for sharing my information without my consent.
I do hope this clinic doesn't attempt to charge OHIP for this visit as I wasn't seen by anyone.
I also sent in a formal complaint to their headquarters and have not heard anything back from them either. Just in it for the money, forget about patient care.

The walk-in clinic in No Frill Plaza is terrible. It is a SCAM! Please don’t go. They just took $100 from my pocket, and I didn’t get a consult. Dr Raphael Malik is the worst. Be aware.

I was assigned a family doctor, made an appointment and was seen two hours late from my appointment time. The clinic has no phone and you can not call ahead to see if they are running late. Unacceptable as I have to make up my time missed from work. They have a phone service, which I left three message and sent two emails the following week and not one response- that was a month ago. I have dropped the doctor and will find a clinic with a doctor’s office servicing only one office and has a phone.

Doctors Queenette Asuquo and Judy Peter's are fantastic doctors! They are both detailed, compassionate, and care about their patients! Amy, the Nurse is outstanding! She is very caring, professional and detail oriented. A definate asset to your doctor's and the clinic! The young gal who sometimes works on the reception desk does not go above and beyond in helping clients. Having said all of this, the clinic does not run smoothly. Amy cannot do the role of both Admin and Nurse. I have spent hours observing the clinic because there is no direct phone number to reach anyone. The 1-800 number doesn't work, calls are not returned. I go in person for everything. As far as I can tell, there are absolutely no procedures in place for how things get done. Two pharmacies have told me to get hard copy prescription forms because they know that their faxes go into cyber space and are never acknowledged. I could provide more thoughts on my observations, but don't want to take up space here.

Paid for a consultation via chat and was called the morning of my appointment at 11am to advise that it would be a phone call instead. I said that's not a problem. I confirmed my time was 12:30 pm she said yes. I was ready and waiting just before my appointment time and time went by no call. I wanted until 2pm and called and got the automated system and waited after selecting to speak with someone only for the call to drop after waiting 15 mins. I called 2 times a day the following 3 days with the same outcome and I also sent 3 emails to which none were replied to. Needless to say I had to contact my bank to start a dispute to get my payment back which may take 55 days. Not worth the hassle. I used another company and it was amazing.

Family Dr is great. My qualm is with how over run the clinic is. You should not accept new patients if you do not have the ability to support them; I have waited 3 hours after my appointment booking time to be seen on more than one occassion. The nurse will say things like "Well if you want to switch to telemed.." No. It is not the patients fault when you overbook so bad that people are still waiting to be seen 4 hours after their appointment time or even after the clinic closes. Stop overbooking yourselves... Additionally, the telemed service this is connected to is awful, not user friendly, and overly pushed. Also be prepared to wait around with no reception so you can't check in

the last 3 visits to this location it was closed.l need a doctors help and a location that is open as advertised.
Why do l need to go to the doctor to have my
perscriptions filled when all previous doctors can do it
With contact by the drug store?
This is great inconveniance and cost of time,travel and
waste of dr. time ,and cost to our health system .
I could go on and on but then you know how to spend our money to benefit you.
