Called got the receptionist or the person who directs you to the desired department to lodge a complaint about their website in regards to finding a family dr. I told her the website needs to be updated as numbers not correct and some information out of date. Her response was rude she do not want to hear what I had to say basically cut me off and wanted to move on get me off the phone. Terrible and very very unprofessional. Everytime I call this place the staff do not want to hear what your concerns are. Staff hurry you off the phone and on top of it no one is ever in their offices to pick up the phone. Start treating people like humans not like animals. Most unprofessional staff

This place offers some great services for the community. It is discreet and you can go here without worry of being judged or mistreated. The place is very clean and offers so many services to people who can't normally afford what they offer. It's a great service they provide, although some people might disagree with some of the programs they offer, such as the Harm Reduction Program.

Wir machten auf unserer Rundreise halt in Sarnia.
Leider kam genau bei unserer Ankunft eine Tornado Warnung auf unsere Handys.
Auf der Suche nach einer sicheren Unterkunft landeten wir auf dem Parkplatz von Lambton Public Health. Ohne zu zögern machten uns die Angestellten die Türe auf und wir konnten den Tornado in den Räumlichkeiten über uns ergehen lassen.
Vielen Dank für diese Hilfe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns bei ihnen sicher. Wir sind ewig dankbar!

Please don't merge with Chatham-Kent Public Health Service as Lambton Public Health has wonderful customer service and staff dedicated towards Lambton County. I used to live here in Sarnia and they have the best service from all the cities I have lived in. 🙂 I still call them for questions regarding food safety and storage as well and I live in Toronto. The most trustworthy staff ever.

That time you take your 16 yr old for her routine vaccine and decided against one and have not one, not two but 3 nurses take your kid aside and tell her "YOU DON'T NEED YOUR MOM HERE WITH YOU"... to force a vaccine that she doesn't need RIGHT NOW. Cuz that's not sneaky and underhanded.
