I recently had an eye test and ordered glasses at Specsavers, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally. Can’t say enough great things about my experience at this place! I’ve never purchased glasses before, so I was totally out of my own realm. At my first visit, Scott was very personable and knowledgeable while helping me look at tons of different frames. He ensured I was well taken care of, and found me the best deals, taking away the pressure of having to spend a lot. As I was undecided on a few different frames, Scott wrote down all of the frames I was interested in and all of the cost breakdowns so I could take it home and think about it. Two days later I went back in to place my order. I arrived at about an hour until closing time and was greeted excitedly by Olivia. She was also very personable, knowledgeable and easy going. She helped me decide on the right frames for me, and ensured I included the right lens options as well. I was in and out with my order placed in less than 20 minutes. Sue was also there assisting Olivia, and she was awesome and helpful too! You can’t go wrong with a visit here.

Recently went in for an exam and then of course to fill my prescription. I just have to say 10/10 experience for me. The staff were all very warm and inviting and super helpful and patient. I always have a hard time shopping for frames due to my complete lack of style. The assistant I was working with, I believe her name was Olivia, she was a breath of fresh air, super bubbly and sweet. She took her time going through all of our options for frames and styles, trying to be budget friendly and we successfully managed to have me walk away with a set of frames I feel comfortable with as well as a second set that I never would have had the confidence to try on my own, (rose gold frames) which is the frames I’m most excited to get!! . Never had such a great experience, looking forward not only to receiving my frames but to go in to see these lovely ladies upon pick up! Thank yall!

You can tell more about a company when something goes wrong than when everything goes perfectly. They have a very helpful sales team and a great optometrist at this location. I needed a new prescription and chose two new frames. I tried out transition lens for the first time and it took a while to get used to them. One was perfect but the other hurt my eyes. I took them back in and found out that the transition lens wasn't in the ideal position for me. Specsavers took care of the problem instantly and set my frames away to be worked on. They were repaired quickly and I'm happily wearing both frames now. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it right. You have a very happy customer and I'll definitely be back for more glasses in the future.
