I am so very impressed by Doctor Alsaadoon work ethic, knowledge and bed side manner. He is a great man and Doctor and the same goes for his staff which has been with him since I have been there.
. I feel very blessed to have been fortunate that Dr Alsaadoon took me on. I know and see today how easy it is for some people to come on and give negative reviews when things go array. But not so often when things are positive or good. Dr Alsaadoon is very thorough and knows his heart disease he truly goes beyond the call of duty.
I am currently on heart medications and was having some health issues with a new medication we were trying. I called his office to find out if maybe it was a side affect..The receptionist informed me he was on holidays and would not be back to the following week. She proceeded to take thorough notes and tell me she would inform dr Alsaadoon on `Monday as soon as he was back and she would get back to me. I continued to tell her my health issues and then we hung up.
It couldn’t have been more than 15 minutes and she called me back to say, she had sent my info off to the doctor and he got hold of her He told her to call me and let me know to change my meds. He then asked her for my pharmacy information and said as soon as he was back at his hotel he would call my prescription in. That in itself is a WOW. I was completely gob smacked when she called me back. I could not believe what all they both had done for me and that I was actually receiving this call back
I was so shocked that he read the receptions note about one of his patients (which I am sure I was not the only patient he checked up or informed on, ) all while being on vacation. Let alone the fact he actually took the time to check it all out and then call my prescription in from out of country. Please keep in mind he WASN’T just on vacation at home he was actually out of the country on vacation.. I don’t know too many doctors that stay informed of their patients while on holidays let alone their just much needed time off.
And to his staff who are always so pleasant kind and knowledgeable as well as going beyond. That receptionist did not have to go any further with my concerns. She could have just slapped it on the doctors desk and it would have to wait almost a week if not longer before he was back in the office and could have gotten to it. But she took it upon her self to go the extra mile.
There is a lot of the behind the scenes that we as patients don’t see or know that they do for us.and in a world that we live today, it is so rare to find a doctor who truly cares and tries so hard to do his job and do it to the best and beyond what most people give in their jobs/careers today and to have a staff like his is just as rare. I am sure most staff members and doctors have one hell of a job today but to have one like this who gives me confidence in them and in my health is a wonderful feeling. Thank you Dr Alsaadoon and staff truly for the depth of my heart …pun intended 🥰

Dr Al Sadoon is a good Dr and has compassion. His staff on the other hand complete opposite. At the window dry and can't be bothered it seemed a couple times, trying to get a call through almost impossible, ladies in the back not all but a couple just seemed miserable and today getting through to try and make arrangements fior my appointment as i am hours away from home for work, I was hung up on, called back spoke with someone and basically tried to arrange an appt change. Confirming my original appointment time was wrong to begin with. Had a card and date and time on phone scheduled for 10am and they said 8:30 now...besides that tried to arrange phone appt. I'm working nights...apparently couldn't do could change it it had to be 645 am no other options...I already had a schedule window but it's IN OFFICE. what's the difference it's my appointment. The Dr would be sure to accept I'm sure. In my opinion unacceptable. You go to a specialist to recieve treatment and diagnoses yet you have to deal with this. This isn't a perfect world and should try and make accepting or ask Dr. The attitude of nursing staff to a degree has to change...there's this attitude my way or no way. My rant....my health is not important...can't make minor accepting. Their way or no way.

My husband Han an appt yesterday (July 25),for an echo cardio gram.Told over telephone appt time was 10:15 but please sign in 15 minutes earlier.
We live 40 minutes away ,we had thunderstorm hydro went out etc but we did manage to get on the road in good time .Im not trying to make excuses but again slower vehicles construction .At exactly 10:15 I got a call on my cell asking where we were .I cheerfully answered that we were on Indian road about 2minutes away.
We were shocked to suddenly be berated by the receptionist that we were 20 minutes late and they may have to now reschedule his test as the next patient is due to come any minute.
We always thought that 15 minutes was a courtesy thing to give each party a leeway if something should come up.We were not aware that it was the actual appt time
On top of all that he was continued to be berated by the tech in a room with just him and her in .She told him that he now had just ruined the whole day for some people and esp her as she now will have to miss her lunch and on and so forth.
I have worked in the health care system for 40 years and I’m here to tell you this unacceptable behaviour from both receptionists down to techs .i will also report this disrespect to my family doctor to have these people think their time more important than the patients
