Great patient experience with Dr. Steimbrecher and office staff today! Dr. Steimbrecher herself was very kind, professional and helpful. The receptionist I saw was also friendly and polite. Very reasonable wait time and clean, neat office. I am happy to be a patient!

Absolutely awful doctor and her receptionist could be seen kick starting her broom in the parking lot.
In all seriousness I was treated like garbage for complaining after my 3rd appointment in a row was canceled an hour before it was supposed to take place... I can't just leave work for your appointment and go back I have to take an entire day off for an appointment due to the nature of my job. So I can clean inside it was unacceptable. The reception is apparently doesn't like complainers because on my 4th visit I was sat down and told I wasn't welcome there anymore by Dr oathbreaker. I feel like this was an attack on me personally and steinbrecher I saw my medical file which is complicated and decided that it was too much work for her. Still haven't found a doctor and I'm wondering if you put something in my medical file to make it harder to get seen because that's the kind of stand-up citizen she actually at the end of the day.

Dr treats me fairly and is understanding. She does follow up in a timely fashion. I know not everyone has a high opinion of her but she has treated me well for which I appreciate it. Not all doctors have her level of understanding.

Attended this doctor due to our doctor passing away and the lack of doctors available in our area. The doctor’s assistant is rude and argumentative. Gaslights you and pushes you to the end of your rope and then claims your are being aggressive. Unorganized office added to the stress of trying to set up long term care and medications for my 90 year old mother. I received a letter that they would no longer be providing care to me 4 days before my mother passed away. Their lack of compassion and understanding is truly disgusting.

it's hard keeping up with all the changes. I have a disability and they don't explain anything. They cancelled my June appointment. Editing to September 2022. My friend passed away i called to reschedule my appointment. they talked me into keeping the appointment knowing blood work wasn't done. i show up Monday took all my energy to show up because of lossing my friend only 4 days prior. they cancelled my appointment when i arrived because blood work wasn't done. The dr was aware of my situation.then handed me a blood test requisition for blood work i had one already they didn't seem to care i was struggling and then threatened me with a 25 dollar prescription fee if I needed a refill prior to the appointment so im going through md health for my prescription and will only see her for referrals only i have a disability and cannot emotionally handle the stress and can't see a dr that doesn't care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrid doctor. She's rude, condescending and so is her receptionist. I've never been treated as disgustingly as I was by Maria and her staff in my time on this earth. I'm shocked that she still has her medical license. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I more recently started going to see Dr. Steimbrecher, she is the most compassionate and empathetic doctor I have ever had. She is always on top of everything to do with all of my medical needs. I recommend her hands down to anyone. You rock doc.
