I visited the clinic today, and despite them being fairly busy, I was seen very quickly. The nurse, Ashley K., was absolutely lovely—kind, efficient, and professional. Within minutes, the doctor met with me, and she was just as wonderful. I also want to give a special shout-out to the sweet lady at the pharmacy, Cathy, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience with a caring and efficient team!

Not so “good” doctors. There is a large WALK-IN sign outside but that’s a lie, 25 mins just to find out no walk-ins were being accepted today and it was appointment only. If you’re not taking walk-ins, a sign on the door indicating so seems like it would be a big help to patients (and the doctor on site) to not waste peoples time

Very rude nurse ; Her attitude was unprofessional, and I felt as though I was being rushed out the door without proper care. It was clear she wasn’t interested in providing any guidance or reassurance, which left me frustrated and confused.

This walk-in clinic does not really accept walk-ins. However, I was able to get a same-day appointment within 15 minutes.(website is very easy to navigate for booking!)

The nurse who looked after me was kind and curtious, and able to get my stitches removed quickly, and painlessly for $15.00. Gave good advice on how to care for it for the next couple of days, and signs to watch out for.

Absolutely love this walk-in clinic! Very professional and courteous. Quick and to the point but made sure I got the care I needed. Both the doctor and nurse were easy to work with. It was easy to book an appointment online. Definitely my preferred walk-in clinic!

My in-person appointment was fantastic, very quick and prompt service and exactly what I needed. Had to book my follow-up phone appointment twice because they never called me the first time. Would not release my results until they explained them over the phone first. Should have better phone appointment service, or make you aware if they are going to stand you up for your appointment instead of making you wait. If not for the 1-star phone appointment service quality, I would say 5 stars.

Was extremely happy with this place - I haven't used a walk-in clinic for a long time and the one I went to was almost like a mini ER that you waited for hours. Loved that I could book a time. Place was super clean. Nurse was super friendly and thorough. Went, got diagnose, got prescription, and got out within an hour. Will definitely return to in the future (though hopefully not too soon, haha). Thanks so much!

They make you sign an agreement of levying a $50 fine if appointment not cancelled on time and give you no option of cancellation, anywhere (phone in, website, email link)..

You have to email them with a cancellation request which they delay till the last minute (4h before appointment) and then respond.

Oh and they don't accept Guardme insurance here.

The setup seems shady to me...
