My husband was registered on Healthcare Connect to get a family physician. It was after 7 years he finally got a call that he was appointed Dr. Workman in Wallaceburg and needed to complete the forms. He did and returned them promptly (so excited to FINALLY have a family physician). He was told not to call the office, that they would contact him for a meet and greet. Well, it has been 3 months and so he called to see what the problem was. Oh no problem, no problem at all. She’s just too BUSY to do meet and greets right now. AFTER 3 MONTHS Well guess who will NEVER step inside that office again? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never heard of such SHABBY service for new patients who have been without a doctor for 7 years!! What a joke!!

I left Dr Afzals office because he is not a very good doctor at all. Doesn't ask many questions about whats going on and thinks he has the answer already so he can move onto the next patient (had me take the same test 3 times over a 3 week span even though all came back negative... This is the definition of insanity, no?.... doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result?) He doesnt seem to care people have jobs and don't want to have to come back every week so he can have another guess at whats going on.

I went to the walk in clinic on Emma St in Chatham after Dr Afzal wanted me to book a 4th appointment to come back that same month. (tired of his ring around the rosie ways to keep the health cards swiping and the $ coming in) The Doctor in Chatham on Emma St, had it figured out within 5 minutes of seeing me and had me on a prescription the same day. He was actually just as confused as me as to why a Dr Afzal would want a 4th test done after 3 negatives (all the same test)... "That makes absolutely no sense after a triple negative" .... Other Dr's words not mine. Dr Afzal is no longer my Doctor as its evident you will have to see him 3 or more times before he gets things right.

I have been a patient of the Doctor Dudley for many years and she has been a wonderful friend and we always consider her a big part of our family.
A few years ago Dr.dudley notified me that she was down sizing her practice.
So I thought it would be a good time to find another Doctor, so as when she retired, I wasn't without a Doctor.
2 new Doctors were hired through the office.
I was very lucky to have had the
opportunity to get one of them
as my family Doctor ,doctor "Afzal ".

I would like to thank you Doctor Dudley for all your many years of friendship,
you have showen given our family
over all these years.
You have definitely been a blessing
sent from heaven to our family .

As for Dr.Afzal you are at the start of a
new aera for me and I am looking forward to having you as my new family doctor.

So far you have been showing supreme judgment and very strongly up to date
on all procedures and practices.

I would like to say thank-you very much for all the Wallaceburg family health team has done for myself and my family.

I am quite sure that you will keep up the good work.

Now I am definitely not forgetting all of the other services on going in your office.
All the young ladies working the phones and data entry not to mention the many other jobs they do on a regular basis.
You's should all be commended on all the great work you's have been keeping up with.

I don't know how the doctor's office could effectively run without all of the great staff there to answering all our questions.

Please keep up all your great work
for all our sakes.
The world is a better place because of all the great work you's folks do on a
regular basis thank- you so very much..

As for myself I would like to thank-you
for allowing me to voice my opinions.

the way you want to be treated.

Dr Afzal needs to listen more and not rush, and not practice "presumptive" medicine!! Do whatever diagnostics that are required in order to achieve a complete diagnosis . I'm always disappointed when I leave. 😏🤨 he can be dismissive and condescending!!
