Worst local company I've ever delt with. Reason is that they gave me about 2 hours notice after calling weeks in advance .This has happened 3times last year and 1 in2025.. I've had to go without heat a couple times this winter for the first time ever . Simply because they can't organize delivery . I am switching propane company's even tho it's very inconvenient for me as it's my only heat source . I am willing to do this in January after all the B's I've been though .save yourself time money and stresses go with a reputable company .

We just switched to Tyendinaga from another company and had our tanks set up last week. PAUL MORRIS was our contact, and he did a great job. He mentioned that he was working on his own that day, but he was quick, thorough, professional and friendly. Great service!

We have been customers for years. We have had a few emergency refills due to forgetting to check tank levels. They always came through and managed to top us off right before we ran out. The staff at front desk always friendly and helpful. Great company and services.

We are a couple years into our service with Tyendinaga and everything has been very smooth. The prices are competitive and the staff we have dealt with have all been wonderful. We have not had to call for a fill up yet and we have not seen the tanks go under 35%. Always timely delivery. They do add interest if the bill is not paid by the due date unlike some other companies in the area, however, my experience with one of their competitors resulted in no propane 3 times despite calls and a lost payment of over $400 so for us the guaranteed service outweighs the risk of the minimal interest they charge if we were to be late.

If I could give zero stars at this time, I would!! I have been with this company for 4 years as of January. Never really had any issues till now. If there was an issue it was fixed immediately!! We have an aggressive dog on our property. There has always been a note for the driver to call just before he comes, so I can make sure all of my dogs are locked up. I don't want anybody hurt by one of my dogs. This has never been an issue till today!! They figure calling two days in advance is enough warning for me to lock up my dogs!! Unacceptable!! I was told the driver does not have time to call!! Lmao they have had time for 4 years to call prior to delivery, not two days before!! I will be speaking to someone above this new operations manager Karen Champagne!! How can I protect a driver from the dogs with two days notice, they have always called just before delivering. They have also refused to let me speak to someone above her!!

I recieved a very rude and judgemental phone call from the owner of Tyendinaga Propane a day before the appointment of the installation, telling me that they are "refusing my service"

I have yet to have a bad experience with these folks. Just had some service work done today and the technicians are always great and accommodating. The staff at the office as well. Customer for life.
