I have to share my experience with Sarah at the wasaga location today.

My appointment was booked for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45 and sat in waiting area.
Family before me walked out and were getting their prescriptions filled.
I sat and patiently waited, I did not want to walk up and interrupt as she was getting ready for her next appointment (my daughter) While I’m waiting, another patient walked in saying “I’m early” which she was seeing it was 3:59 and my appointment was booked for 4pm
The nurse said, it’s ok, come on in. So I popped my head in (door was still open) to let her know I was there for my 4pm appointment. She rolled her eyes, shook her head at me.
She then took me in. She kept the door open during the entire consultation. When I asked if I had done something wrong, she replied she generally doesn’t like attitude. I told her there wasn’t any attitude but I had been sitting there, unfortunately, she did not come out to see if her actual next appointment was there and was taking an appointment before me.
I understand things like this happen, had she said to the next appointment, please let me just see if my 4pm is here, if she’s not, of course I’ll take you
Instead, she didn’t check, and proceeded to take her before me. I was rushing back home to my son who is also sick with diarrhea, so I did not want to wait for another appointment to go ahead of me when I was infact there waiting to be seen

The worst part of my experience today was that she left the door open during the entire consultation. These are private matters, but she was clearly too upset or offended that I spoke up and lost thought of what professional etiquette is at a doctors office. There was no confidentiality during this appointment.
The family prior to me was still there getting their prescription, along with the lady who had 4:15pm appointment booked. This was extremely unprofessional!
I feel that I was treated very unfairly, mostly very unkind. I swear on my kids lives, there was absolutely no attitude when I popped my head in to say “hi, I’m here for the 4pm appointment”
I even asked what I did wrong as I was in shock of how I was being treated
I don’t want to complain, but I came home and cried to my husband, due to being in shock of this treatment

I recently visited the clinic in Wasaga Beach and was very impressed with the medical care, service and professionalism. Sarah was wonderful and I would highly recommend it, especially over going to to walk-in clinic with lots of people and long waiting times. It's an incredibly efficient service and you're able to fill your prescriptions right there as well.

I just heard of this place to from a lady I met on the beach (thank you Teresa) WHAT A GEM in Wasaga. Went online to schedule an appointment- got one same day. Got in 5 min early. met Nurae Sarah- she is great, multitasking, friendly, smiles and laughs, personable, goes out of her way even calling compound ding pharmacy’s for me. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND , From Here to There walk in clinic. Nurse Sarah, Thank you so very much for fitting me in!!
After having a c section, I was left with about 15 staples that needed to be removed. I wasn’t able to drive. So I originally went to the after hours clinics,
Only to be turned away( they only allow a certain amount of people) Seeing as there are absolutely NO DOCTORS in Wasaga Beach, especially ones who take new patients. I found this clinic (From Here to There) and followed the easy instructions to book an appointment on the website, I was so excited to get an appointment that I didn’t realize I booked the WRONG DAY! I showed up for my appointment and she informed me that I had the booked WRONG day. I was in so much pain from the staples, I just cried. She was so EMPATHETIC, and calmed me
Down, and told me she was fully booked all day, plus the next day. Yet she took TIME out of her personal life and squeezed me in, in the afternoon to help me out. Nurse Sarah did NOT have to do that for me. I was so great full. I showed up and she didn’t treat me like I was imposing. She was kind and welcoming and very knowledgeable. She could see I was in pain and she chatted with me while she removed the staples. I was impressed at how gentle she was. And the fact that she didn’t make me feel stupid by booking the wrong day. I just have to say, I was so very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I will be going back, and recommend anyone who is in need of EXCELLENT care. In a timely fashion to go and see her. Hands down one of the BEST experiences I have ever had! Thank you again. I feel amazing now and I couldn’t have done it without her care!

I moved to Wasaga three years ago and haven’t been able to have a physician here
I’ve had several health concerns and booked an apt on line to this clinic. Duty medical
They are thorough, professional, considerate and patient. In particular Sarah RPN. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Sarah

The nurse there is very racist. On feb 28 2024 this lady refused to see my son. Saying his name on the her computer is not the same on his health. Which is totally untrue. She began to accuse me not knowing my sons name. Then proceed to say she feels threatened and she is going to call the police. We paid for the appointment in advance and she refused to refund our money. My son was not seen and the embarrassing scene this racist nurse cause on us. I will be seeking legal advice. She should not be able to serve the public as her racist views will hurt someone of colour

Worst appointment I have had. Paid for 15 mins needed one prescription and to have my knee replaced incision looked at as it is infected. Needed a prescription for the infection. Was told only one thing can be done per visit. Health care is going down the tubes. Not only do they charge OHIP but you pay as well!

RPN Sarah is amazing!!! Follows up, and makes things happen. Love the service as it is easy to book an appointment. Appointments are on time and it is very efficient. Sarah shows she really cares for the wellbeing of her patients. Feels almost better than having a family doctor!

So thankful for this place as I haven't had a family Doctor for years living up here.
