I bought a wheelchair & scooter here - the wheelchair is heavy duty but did not go on gravel pathways or even over slight bumps on the sidewalk. As I like going out in nature & do photography I could not use the wheelchair. Life Care Medical worked very hard & at their own cost got me heavy duty wheels both for the front & back. I have not used the wheelchair yet but can't wait to go out in nature with my camera in hand. My scooter works great & I love the freedom it gives me. Great customer service & I recommend them.

I stepped in asking for a Hammer Toe cover. A lovely lady assisted & I purchased item.I realize the thin elastic strip cuts into my toe cutting off circulation..I tried bandaid first, didn't help. I'll try the cotton toe cover with gel & place Hammer toe item over this.

I want to express my appreciation to Tara who has nothing but amazing. She has gone above & beyond for my mother & I. Tara ensures that we have what we need and provides the best communication. We purchase all our ostomy and medical supplies which is close to home. Originally, I was told to go out of my way to New West but it's fantastic to have Lifecare so close to home. Thank you so much Tara!

LifeCare Medical are truly a godsend when you need specialist equipment. The level of service is exemplary, the product range is amazing and the prices are affordable. They do sales, rental, rent-to-own, reissue and they deliver.
I'm so happy with their service. Thank you!

I needed crutches temporarily and rented some from Lifecare. The crutches ended up breaking and the staff did not seem to care whatsoever. Still had to pay full price for the rental. From start to finish, it was a terrible experience with this company and I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

This place is a scammer. The owner will lie to you just to sale his products to you.
I bought a donut cushion he recommended. I opened at home to try it. The cushion hole was narrow short causing more pain on my tail bone. I didn't continue to use it after 10 minutes trying. The owner did exchange to another product when I bring it back. His excuse was - it is opened. All products can be return to the manufacture suppliers except hygiene products after opened.
Very very bad place.
Response to his replied:
Liar again! What can you do if the owner won't exchange for a better one even I wanted to pay extra $13 for the difference? The shipment just arived this week - He clained. He told me to use a knife to cut the donut hole to make it bigger to solve our conflict. Lol..
Too Bad! I was planning to buy more supplies from this place if he would exchange my cushion.
NO SECOND BUY AGAIN!

They are very knowledgeable in the ostomy supply field. Tara is a very kind person and always so helpful. I always got what I needed from them in a very timely manner. They also have many other medical supplies there so you’ll definitely find what you need.

On October 31, I took my elderly mother to Lifecare Medical to buy compression stockings and a plastic bath chair. The service was good and my mom picked out two pairs of stockings that she liked. She also picked out a bath chair to help her get in and out of the bathtub.

When we got home I realized that the bath chair was too big and made it impossible for her to even get into the tub. We didn’t remove any tags or stickers from the chair as we new it would have to be returned.

Unfortunately, I could not return this item immediately and my mother uses a walker and can’t return it on her own.

On November 30, I returned to Lifecare Medical and attempted to return the bath chair. The owner/manager refused. He said he couldn’t because of Covid and safety. I insisted that the chair was never used and explain that, as everyone knows now, is respiratory that doesn’t live in plastic. He could wait two weeks and sell the chair to someone who can use it.

The manager refused my pleas. This chair cost my mother $157 and is not cheap for her.

The manager suggested I sell it myself, donate it to Red Cross, or return it for store credit. Now the evil shows itself. He didn’t really care about Covid. If he was so concerned about covid, why would he suggest I donate a brand new chair to the Red Cross. He wasn’t even wearing a mask until we started talking about covid.

There is nothing on the receipt about return policy and Covid.

Don’t be fooled by the warm sales.

I would rate this negative stars if I could. I guess I won’t buy local next time. Amazon here I come.

UPDATE: 2021-03-01
So we disputed the charge and MasterCard refunded the money to my mother. 5 stars for MasterCard. So guess who started calling and leaving messages to get the issue “resolved”. Yup, Lifecare Medical.

We still haven’t used the bath chair so I’ll be returning it out of good faith.
