Exceptional Skincare Experience at Bonne Vie Medical I recently moved to Coquitlam and was on the lookout for a quality medical wellness clinic. I came across Bonne Vie Medical, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I booked my consultation, I was met with an incredibly professional and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Based on the initial assessment, I was recommended to undergo a chemical peel. The results were fantastic – my face felt exceptionally clean and refreshed. Following this, I had the enhanced photo facial treatment, which included cleansing, laser, and a mask. I noticed significant improvements in my skin’s appearance, and the before-and-after photos they provided highlighted just how effective the treatments were. The staff at Bonne Vie Medical were wonderful throughout the process. They guided me through each step of the procedure and were always available to answer any questions I had. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident, and they ensured I understood the benefits and process of each treatment. I am genuinely excited about my skin improvement journey with Bonne Vie Medical and look forward to more treatments. On Monday I was in class (for paramedic school) and told I needed TB skin test results by Thursday to participate in observation / precepting. During my lunch break I called about 10-15 places who simply told me it wasn’t possible and was asking for my full name, email, cell number before understanding my conditions. Finally I was very fortunate to speak with “CJ” on the phone. She immediately listened to my situation and was super helpful and went above and beyond to fit my needs. I also needed the appointment to be after my class and she was able to accommodate that as well as my second appointment before Thursday so I’d have my results on time. Safe to say I have my second appointment booked for after class on Wednesday so long as my test comes back good I’m all set with my results before Thursdays deadline. Which leaves me very happy and satisfied with the clinic. I’m super thankful for all the staff including the one who took my test, Veronica, who was very supportive and professional. She explained the entire process and gave me advice which is totally opposite of my last experience having this test a different clinic which they never spoke a word to me. Once again special thank you to CJ who stayed on call and put me on hold multiple times trying to solve my problem throughout a 40+ minute call. Thanks to everyone! Definitely recommend to anyone reading this. It was my first time at this clinic and everyone who was leaving and entering had a smile on their face! Impressed

I’ve just had my first treatment at Bonne Vie and I cannot say enough about how absolutely phenomenal my experience was. This was my first time getting neuromodulator injections and I did my due diligence in researching various clinics and practitioners. From start to finish, my experience was truly lovely. When reaching out initially, Sara answered a multitude of questions that I had patiently and in depth. Upon arriving to the clinic, my first chat with Sara was very thorough and approached with warmth. While doing my treatment, Dr. Ali took his time in ensuring I was well informed and happy with what we had decided upon. He’s honest, skilled, and patient, all being qualities of a genuinely well-rounded practitioner. Sara, Dr. Ali, and the team far exceeded my expectations in every domain. I don’t think I have ever felt as comfortable while receiving treatment at a clinic as I have at Bonne Vie. Excited to have found a new go-to place, truly an exceptional team

I was with a very good friend of mine the other day who was going on about this clinic and convinced me to go check it out myself . I was so impressed by how professional and welcome I felt immediately. They took their time to tell me what would be the best results for me and what they would be doing . I have had Botox for years but never had the doctor and assistant take so much time by measuring where they would inject me for the best results. I have always had injections by my eyebrows but this time dr Ali went higher and made my forward lines fade .I Could see the difference in just a couple days . I also had a mini lip injection and it was very important to me that I didn’t want to look over done or look like a duck !! The results are so subtle yet amazing!! I should have done this long before! This is by far the best clinic I have ever been too !! I recommend treating yourself to this clinic , you will not be disappointed. 5 star for sure ?

This team gives exceptional care and service! I can't speak highly enough of this medical clinic. I felt welcomed and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The doctors and staff take their time to listen to my concerns and providing thorough explanations. The facility is clean and relaxing. They did a great job ! I recently had a chemical peel at Bonne Vie Medical Clinic in Coquitlam with Indu, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly friendly and made sure I was well-informed about the procedure and what to expect. Indu did an excellent job explaining the pre and post-care in detail, which really put me at ease. During the peel, she was very careful and attentive, constantly checking to ensure I felt cared for and comfortable. Overall, I had a really great experience!
