Waited a month for the results of a chest xray. Waited 3 weeks for results of blood work, and now been waiting a month for her to get me an appt with a specialist on a different matter. Have just had her as a family doctor for less than a year, but am now looking for another family doctor.

My wife and I had a scheduled appointment today for injections. When we checked in, we asked if we could have the pharmacist give the injections - this is because the doctors are often extremely late to the exam room (in excess of 30m). The staff member told me that, as the appointment was scheduled, it was best to see the doctor. She gave no other objections or comments on the topic.

When I paid for the medication, I asked if the pharmacist was able to give the injection. No pharmacist was on duty for the day, so we sat down and waited to be called.

We went into the exam room at our scheduled time. After waiting the doctor for 40 minutes - which is typical, I went to the front desk, spoke to the same person who checked us in, to ask if there was anyone else available to give the injections. She responded that only the doctors are allowed to give injections - despite not mentioning this when I asked about the pharmacist earlier - as I walked back into the exam room, a nurse practioner showed up to give the injection.

So the staff member blatantly lied to my face, or has no knowledge of government approved medical policy that has be in place for years, which is simple incompetence.

The doctors themselves are not very thorough but it's better than no doctor. If I could give zero stars for reception and calling I would. I normally have to call a few times before I get through, then am placed on a 5min hold. Over the last 2 days I have called countless times. Left a voice-mail never to be called back. I tried calling again 5 different times. Twice I've been placed on hold. I was on hold for over 20mins before the phone was disconnected. I called right back only to be placed on hold again for another 15mins. I'm currently still on hold with no hope of making an appointment in my many attempts to call. All of this to make a follow up appointment for a baby.

Been a patient there for the past couple years. Almost impossible to get in. No one answered the phones voicemail seems to be full all the time. Very frustrating. The doctor is a nice guy when I get in. He seems to be very helpful. It’s just the front staff and trying to get in Impossible

My wife and I have been using this clinic for few years now. Our doctor is Azza Khogali and she is an incredible human being and a very good doctor.
I read reviews here about how bad some doctors and the clinic staff are especially Dr. Khogali. I would like to tell those people that when you come to a clinic you accept their rules and regulations and comply with them. Just remember you are not checking in a hotel

Dr Boktor and his staff have always taken wonderful care of my mom, appts run mostly on time and always appreciate him taking the extra time when needed. His advice is always sensible and conservative. Front desk staff are amazing!

Dr. Kaur is a lunatic. The whole office is a mess with appointment times. I don’t know how the doctors in this office are allowed to practice medicine. Dr. Kaur told me to “shut up” my baby and inappropriately lifted my dress exposing my lower half when it wasn’t necessary. Her bedside manner is horrific. Also the tall male doctor who tried to intimidate me was a huge problem too.

This place is dangerous.

A calm compassionate place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I noticed that some of the patients who showed up were disgruntled, and while it is never to be encouraged, the staff handles them with care and professionalism. Overall, I had a great experience at the Sharon Medical Clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and caring family doctor.
