I have used Northern Blanks twice now and will likely being doing so again. Their staff is incredibly helpful, especially Michelle. She has found me almost all of my apparel at good prices and timely arrivals.

My only issue is their website can be confusing at times, since they have multiple warehouses and the same product repeated on the site with different colours or sizes. With that in mind, when ordering, make sure you are selecting the right same warehouses, so you won't have to pay higher shipping costs.

In general, this company is highly commendable, offering competitive prices and ensuring prompt delivery. However, caution is advised when it comes to their website and payment processing. Recently, I encountered some issues while attempting to place an order online. Despite verifying all the details, I consistently received an error message stating that my credit card couldn't be processed. Frustrated by this problem, I decided to use another website I typically rely on for purchasing shirts. To my relief, I encountered no issues and successfully placed my order, receiving a confirmation shortly after. Soon after checking my email, I discovered a confirmation email from Northern Blanks, indicating that my order had actually gone through. Without delay, I contacted them to explain the situation and request a cancellation. It's important to note that the time between receiving the email confirmation and contacting them was less than 10 minutes. I corresponded with a representative named Mishelle, who initially claimed that everything seemed fine on their end and suggested that I had encountered no payment issues. Due to their policies, she stated that canceling the order wasn't possible. Instead, she instructed me to receive the order and return it by refusing the delivery, albeit with a 25 percent restocking fee. After some negotiation, she reduced the fee to 15 percent. I inquired about the scenario where the order arrived while I was away from home, and Mishelle informed me that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Fast forward a few days, and the shirts were delivered. To sum up, the company's mistake has now cost me just over 100 dollars, and Northern Blanks proved unhelpful throughout the process. They shifted the blame onto me for placing the order despite the website glitch, and now I'm required to pay for shipping due to my inability to be present for the delivery, which was unavoidable due to work commitments. Michelle in Customer service is horrible to deal with. They can't even understand what is being said to them. I informed her the colors of hoodies were wrong, she then thought I wanted to exchange shirts for hoodies. Then they just deny any service. The website tried to charge me twice for shipping coming from the same warehouse, then it reset my color of hoodies when i went to check why it said 2 separate shipping charges. They refused to help me with this. So I am stuck with items of the wrong colors, or I lose 25% of my money to send back.
When i asked to speak to the owner she said they are unavailable. I had to ask again before she even gave me any information requesting to speak to a manager.

Definitely do not recommend.

Choose a reputable company, that will work with their customers.
