Zero stars. I went through hell and a lot of stress as part of long medical leave with them. Robots are more humane and objective than them. They will do anything to discredit any professional report. They just want to either get people unemployed or work through pain. I am disgusted with this establishment.

A telecommunications company that now oversees peoples health information is absurd!
This company has the audacity to discredit, undermine and invalidate medical doctors everywhere. The unqualified medical decisions to overrule a physicians diagnosis/recommendation should be discussed at every doctors tribunal across the country.
The pure fact this company trumps the medical world is ludicrous!
Something legally needs to be done to shut this company's health branch down!
We all just saw what happened in the United States........
No star rating if possible for this review.

Terrible experience with EAP. The counsellor Carmen Vinci did not even read my file before our session. Shes terrible, they just hire anyone as a counsellor. Shame on you.

If you need to use EAP, avoid Carmen at all costs.

TELUS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PUBLICS HEALTH!!! That is frightening.

Where is the support for the mental anguish I have had to endure being a customer for TELUS!!!

This is an utter joke!!! If they operate this as they do the phone company I am highly concerned for the welfare of those who attempt receiving support.

Incredible poor service from an EAP provider. Whether it was Lifeworks or now Telus Health, they won't do squat. Companies paying for this service are just throwing money away.

Turn around is extremely slow, they tell you a week it is two, they say we will get back to you tomorrow it is three days. They say something will be completed, it is never and you must follow up. Zero accountability
