The worst doctor on guard today! i was waiting for a long while and then a nurse came and told me to change because they will do some t3sting. I changed and was waiting for the nurse to return and do the tests. After another half an hour or so of waiting, the "doctor" came in a rush and said what seems to be the health issue. Before i even had a chance to say something, he said that there is a long triage and told me to say faster what the problem is. I said really fast, he said he doesn’t seem to see anything urgent and sent me home. First of all there is almost no people here waiting ( I took pictures) and I guess my life doesn’t matter in his opinion
. He just didn't care and wanted to ho home.

The staff are phenomenal true professionals with outstanding care. The Doctor on duty was simply amazing.

Was not amazing was the 8 hour wait. One doctor on duty. I could understand if this was a small walk in yet this is urgent care tied to Hamilton Health Sciences.

8 hour wait I should have just gone to emergency at least one knows there was going to be a massive wait.

Amazing!!! So happy I called ahead to see if they could address my concern versus the Emergency Department. The intake nurse was super friendly, same with the one that led me to the room, and the physician (I think her name was Dr. McLaughlin?) was so kind and attentive despite being obviously busy. I had a very non-urgent situation (embedded piercing). I'm sure people with more serious situations were seen before me as they should be. I STILL only waited 5 minutes in the public waiting room and about an hour comfortably in my own room, which was much faster than I expected. Even if I had to wait hours and hours longer, I'd still give 5 stars, because the kindness and attentiveness really goes a long way with people, at least it did for me!

I recently visited this urgent care clinic with my child, who had a fever and was having trouble breathing. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with so much kindness. The lady at the front desk the triage nurse was incredibly sweet and made us feel calm and cared for right away. Everyone we met — from the reception to the medical staff — was so professional, compassionate, and attentive. They truly took their time to make sure my child received the best care. During such a stressful moment, their support meant everything to us. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone — they truly deserve a 10/10!

I recommend this Care Facility 100%! From the minute I walked in the door, every single person I encountered treated me with the utmost care and kindness, especially the Doctor who stitched my ear back together!! He went out of his way to be gentle and to not cause me anymore pain than I was already experiencing from the injury!
I feel impelled to leave a review because of my fear of doctors and hospitals, staying home to tape myself back together to avoid horrible and inhumane treatment due to past experiences.
As for the wait, I was initially told it would be 4 hours but was seen in less than half that time. Frankly, I would wait days to be treated with dignity, respect, care and tenderness!!!!!!!

As a RN for 20 years, I was appalled at the medical care I received by the MD. I was met by the MD and was told that he was sorry for the delay, it it had been busy. I understood. But, ow it was my turn for an assessment for a work-related injury. The assessment was rushed. He filled out a form for work and then sent me for XRAY. Upon returning, he advised that there were signs of injury in my XRAY, barely gave me a diagnosis as he started speaking with another patient in the room next to me. I tried to ask what my diagnosis meant. What I needed to avoid, what I needed to do to heal and whether returning to work was a good idea given that I now work as a paramedic, and given the injury, perhaps I needed a few days to allow for the inflammation to reduce in an effort to not exacerbate the injury. He didn’t answer any of my questions and gave me no time to discuss my care. It was a complete waste of my time. What is the point of seeing a doctor if they don’t discuss your diagnosis with you and help provide a plan for recovery, or in the very least, a list of “do’s and dont’s”. I have become extremely jaded in the near lack of care and advocacy of doctors in general these days. In my mind, he was barely a physician, for a good physician should advocate for their patient and assist in the healing process. This injury affects my work and livelihood. He did 1/3 of his job. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m left wondering if I can even trust his diagnosis as he seemed to just brush me off and didn’t really listen to me. One of the worst patient-physician experiences I’ve had and I do feel that he needs to have a deep reflection into what it means to be a physician.

Other than that experience, all the other staff were amazing! From the front desk clerk, security, triage RN, patient care RN and XRAY techs were great. He was the weakest link in my care.

I really do hope that this review somehow gets back to him, so that he may understand the impact of actually discussing the diagnosis and treatment with the patient.

Don’t waste your time. Went on a Saturday afternoon with knee pain that was probably going to require an ultrasound according to the triage nurse. I wait 2 hours to see the doctor who spent about 60 seconds total over 2 visits to my room. Then 30 minutes later I was told I’d have to come back the next day for an ultrasound since it was now closed. I wasn’t available on Sunday so I asked for a referral for the ultrasound. Was told they don’t do that and to start the process over again on Monday with my family doctor. So I got to waste 2.5 hours, $10 for parking and I still left with knee pain that I get so start over with a new assessment on Monday. Waste of time and resources.
