Me and my family have been going to this clinic since we moved to Hamilton. I would say the staff and especially Dr Sadek is exceptionally good. He listens to all the questions and never rushes. I always trust his treatment and never recommends any unnecessary medication or tests. His patient care and how he handles kids is great.
My kid is never scared visiting him.
Highly recommend Dr Sadek.

Worst place ever. I have my family doctor here and been calling for the passed week without an answer and answering machine is been full. Til today at 7:37 on February 28th 2025 to ask them if they do prescription renewals on the phone as I've been out of my meds for the passed 3 days. So he answers and I ask he said no we don't sorry he literally hangs up before I can ask if I can make an appointment for next week. He never even said bye or have a good day just hangs up. I do not like the receptionist that they have now I only like one of them but haven't seen her in a while. But having appointments here you are rushed to tell them why your there for and then then you have to make another appointment if you have more then one problem. I'm about to go find another doctor's office as I need somewhere that will do fax refills for my meds or phone call refills as I can't stand going threw withdrawal everytime I can't get to the doctors as I have 2 toddlers and I don't drive. It is hard enough. I hate this place.

Dr. Sadek is the BEST Dr I have ever had, he has helped me and sent me for testing and specialists where needed. Before him I was seeing a doctor on Nebo Rd and I have never been so disrespected and made to feel like my pain and ailments where nothing and told to go see a Chiropractor the Doctor wouldn’t even send me for testing . Well boy was that Dr so wrong. Dr Sadek helped me get all the testing MRI and specialists and since I am feeling so much better, I give him so much gratitude for what he has done for me and my family. Thank you DR Sadek.

The doctor is a professional. He ordered tests when I was really not well, and he found out what was wrong with me. Unlike the community center where I went, the doctor only told me to lose weight.
This doctor cares about the patient.

This walmart walkin clinic is garbage house. Most of the time its closed. The telephone service is always out of service. They will give your blood work or any reports after 10-15 days.
Simply, they do not provide good healthcare service, they are teaching you 'how to waste your valuable time'.
Last but not least, if you dont know how to run clinic then simply closed it, why are you wasting time of patients.

Love the front desk need to appreciate both of them guy was really nice and the nurse as well they both helped to explain steps for tb and my form she was really sweet and Doctor was asm to ask me to wait outside after shot and if need can see him again . Love the staff best walk in to get tb quickly for school they explain everything well

This clinic is highly unreliable. There hours are not accurate at all so don’t make a decision based on their hours. Google posted they close by 6pm on Thursday even at the location it says 6pm and went in by 4pm and they’re closed. I was have a stomach ache and wanted a doctors prescription. I ended up going to the shopper’s drug mart close by instead. Way better reliability than this clinic and this isn’t the first time I have experienced this with them and they also never ever pick their phones I promise you it’s a waste of time to even try. Better off going somewhere else genuinely. Do better Walmart Jack Nathan clinic. Be truthful in your hours and availability and pick up your phones how difficult could that be ?

Please do not go by the google timings, I went there twice but the clinic was closed by 5. They say they are open but doors are closed, doctor is not available and terrible receptionist. No one answers the call.
