I had a very bad experience here. I waited over three weeks to receive urgent results. I called the clinic multiple times asking for my results and they blamed it on the other clinic. When I called the other clinic they gave me my results right away and explain that they had already sent my result to this clinic, three weeks ago. When I went in for my follow up the girls at the front desk said they sent the results through fax and that’s why they didn’t see it. It’s not my job to call the clinic over and over again to receive urgent results. They should be checking the fax machine DAILY. Since I had to wait so long my health was compromised. I will not be returning.

Dr Tadros has been my family doctor since he opened his clinic in Hamilton. My name appears as Barty on the review, my last name is Birrell. Dr. Tadros is a kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable doctor who spends time with his patients and address all our concerns now matter how busy the clinic is. He is never rushed or impatient. His office follows up immediately with referrals, and my son has an appointment with a sleep clinic for March that was booked almost immediately after I addressed the concern. I also required a bone density scan and it was done very quickly. I reqired multiple immunzations and tb tests for school on a short timeline and all were accomodated well before the schools due date. The pharmacy staff are all knowledgeable and very friendly as well. By far the best care clinic I have ever been to for myself and my family. Highly reccomend.

After seeing more than three different doctors in Montreal, I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Tadros upon my relocation to Hamilton. He is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors I have ever had.

What sets Dr. Tadros apart is that he genuinely cares about his patients. Unlike many other doctors who rush through appointments. He takes his time to discuss and explain everything thoroughly. He actually EXAMINES you, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. He listens attentively to your concerns and questions, providing clear and concise explanations.

This level of attentiveness and communication is rare and truly appreciated.

I moved to Toronto two years ago, but Dr. Saied Tadros is still my family doctor, because of the attention, care and competence that I found him as an big brother that I didn't find anywhere else.
I don't forget the pharmacist either, unfortunately I do not know his name, but he is so kind.
