Today I came into the Walk In clinic and had a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and I was seen right away (just came for a shot). The doctor that administered my shot was also pleasant and I barely felt the prick. Note: if you don’t have OHIP, you will have to pay in physical cash but it’s affordable. The clinic is also very clean and comfortable. Thank you for your very kind service!

Ive been coming for chiro and physio and feel such an improvement in my physical health. I always have a great experience with both doctors and the receptionist. Would recommend to anyone looking to get body work done for pain or maintenance.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this walk-in clinic. The doctor spent less than two minutes with the patient and did not take the time to listen to their concerns or address their symptoms in any meaningful way. It felt rushed and dismissive, as if the patient’s issues were not a priority.

This raises serious questions about the qualifications of the doctors being hired here. How are they screened, and why are professionals with seemingly minimal willingness to engage with patients allowed to practice? It’s concerning that such basic standards of care appear to be overlooked.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking thorough, compassionate, or professional medical attention.

Our experience with this clinic was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. She mishandled medical documents and took an unusually long time to send my son’s medical information to another clinic. My son was in a critical health condition and needed urgent follow-ups, including tests and medical evaluations. However, the delay in sending his information caused unnecessary stress and complications.

When the documents were finally sent, they were incomplete, and it seemed like some information was deliberately withheld. Additionally, we noticed new details in the records that were never discussed with us before, raising concerns about the accuracy of the documentation. The receptionist appears to handle paperwork carelessly, which is unacceptable in a medical facility.

On a positive note, Dr. Zayed is a dedicated professional who takes his patients seriously. However, the receptionist’s inefficiency damages the clinic’s reputation. We strongly urge the management to address this issue to ensure a more organized and professional administrative process.

I had very bad experience with my family doctor, Dr Tamara. She does not listen to patient at all and hardly gives 2 minutes. I would recommend everyone not to appoint this doctor as family doctor.

I have been a patient of doctor Zaid for years. the care and professionalism is exceptional. Also, the staff is great especially Cheryl, she is so pleasant and hardworking to keep all appointments organized as people come in.

Experience was very unpleasant. I could hear the nurses and doctors discussing other people’s medical history, while they ran around the hallway in unorganized fashion. Very unprofessional. Also, the woman I saw, who I assume was a doctor (she didn’t introduce herself), left my medical concerns unaddressed and dismissed me promptly. I was told to come back another time when symptoms persist. Don’t waste your time with this office. This place should be reported.

Reasonable turn around time for service. Concise appointments but you can tell they do good work behind the scenes after gathering relevant data to get you in the right direction.
