If I had an option for -5/5 I would do that. My son (12) is on a medication that can’t be just stopped Instantly and now he is without medication over a week because office failed to book us in. Pharmacy sent many faxes over 1 week and no response from doctor’s office and when I finally called the office, I was accused of cancelling the 2 appointments that were never made by me, Like what? We were told that no refill will be sent until my son is seen by doctor which I understand but is it not office’s responsibility to call parents to inform when they were keep on getting the refill requests. They are so u professional, place is filthy and no respect for patient’s time as there has been a time that we waited over 2 hours despite having an appointment. Going to change my son’s paediatrician and hopefully never ever have to visit this place ever again. Lastly, when we saw the doctor first time, despite we informed about our pharmacy, office sent the prescription to their own pharmacy to keep the business within their office.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I recently visited this clinic for a pap smear test, and unfortunately, it was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences I’ve had in a healthcare setting.

The doctor who attended to me was extremely unprofessional during the procedure. Instead of showing patience and empathy, she was dismissive and rushed through the process without considering how uncomfortable I was feeling. What made it worse was the use of unkind and insensitive words directed at me during what is already a vulnerable examination.

A pap smear requires sensitivity, understanding, and clear communication—none of which I received. As a patient, I expected to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, especially during such an intimate medical procedure. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, as no one should leave a healthcare appointment feeling dismissed, shamed, or unheard. Patients deserve better.

I've been going to this clinic for a year and few months, and honestly, it’s been such a good experience every time. The followup from the clinic is wonderful. The nurses and doctors are super kind, easy to talk to, and you can tell they actually care.
Dr. Alausa and Dr. Salako, two if the doctors that have attened me, listen, they don’t rush, and they explain things in a way that makes sense. The service is always on point, and they’re really flexible and accommodating when it comes to appointments.
I highly recommend this. It’s just a great place to go when you need care—you feel looked after, not just treated

The doctor himself was good. Very quick as I was only there for an ear infection. Reception staff rude. She originally told me the wait wouldn’t be long and I waited a long time. Apparently my name got lost and wasn’t showing up on the doctor’s screen so people were getting in ahead of me. I eventually had to ask about this while trying not to be rude.

I was prescribed ear drops. The pharmacist said that the one the doctor prescribed was on back order and no other pharmacy would have it either. So he went and got the doctor to prescribe a different one. I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to pick up my daughter from school but this pharmacist insisted I fill the prescription there with him.

I grabbed my prescription paper and left. I bring it to my regular pharmacist and they have the drops. That pharmacist at this clinic is super sketchy, pushy and absolutely rude.

I will never never go back here.

Day by day my experience coming into this clinic is getting worse. My mother booked her appointment to discuss her report with the doctor she waited 3 hours , the people before her went but the people from reception didnt even bothered to take her inside . Only for reports she shouldnt had waited that long.

I give the one star for the kind lady with scarf. She's so kind with the patients taking time to listen to them and trying to help them as much as she can.
Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been disappointing. I had hoped for a more positive and supportive atmosphere, but I encountered several issues that made my visits difficult. With Dr Idriss I always felt rushed, and my concerns were not addressed with the level of care and attention I expected.
While I understand that clinics can be busy, it’s important for patients to feel listened to and valued, which was not the case during my appointments. After my last visit, I left feeling upset and emotionally overwhelmed and by the lack of empathy and rude communication from him. I'll never go back there, never, ever.

I truly believe that taking an extra moment to listen and provide reassurance can make a big difference, especially for patients who may be feeling anxious or uncertain. It was a lovely experience at the clinic today. Kudos to Dr. Bob and the staff at Chafford100. I was very satisfied with the service rendered to me. Dr. Bob listen all my concern and explain me all in details.

Was skeptical due to reviews. The waiting area was small and a bit awkward BUT this place was 5/5 stars for me.
The receptionists were quick and the nurses were professional, polite and respectful.

Dr. Idris was AMAZING!!! He is very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor.
I was in and out in 50 minutes including my prescription.
Pharmacist Ankit was also 5/5 helpful and informative.
Most definitely will be my go to walk in clinic.
