Dr Pek and her team (Nurse Stacey and Kris) are absolutely amazing. When me or my children need to come in for any reason, we are always seen and accommodated.

My only complaint is Sharon the receptionist. When I call and get Claudia I’m so excited because she is wonderful, but unfortunately since I started coming to this practice years ago Sharon has been miserable every single time I call or come in.

This place has the worst receptionists! They answer the phone with a nasty attitude before you even get a chance to say a word. When you call with a question or to follow-up each one will have a different answer. The NP and Nurses are fantastic... and on the rare chance we actually see our Doctor face to face it has been ok. I would not recommend this office to anyone... save the hassle and find a different Doctor.

MOST OF THE Receptionist’s are absolutely IGNORANT!!! they are not helpful they are rude, they lie, and they just straight up do not care for the patents. Been with them since I was born and it’s always the same problem. HIGHLY do not recommend trying to call they just play it off as a joke. The drs are amazing but they need NEW receptions. It’s ridiculous that they have the rule of no rude or inappropriate comments on the phone or in office because the receptionists are so ignorant that they get a taste of their own medicine.

I'm a patient of Dr Haikalis, Fantastic doctor i was transfered to him when Dr zalter left, I am very appreciative to have a doctor who cares and listens. Me my wife and child all go to this office staff has never been an issue for us they have always been friendly with us.

Dr. Greenspoon’s secretary is a nice lady, very empathetic on the phone. They offer in-person, same day, and phone appointments. Digital system “Medio”, for booking appointments and gathering information…

I don't come to this office hardly anymore. I'm mostly at St Joes weekly with Dialysis Treatments.
The phone waiting to speak to someone is Ridiculous. So far it's over 20 min hearing the constant repeat of their recording. Anyway There is no updated photos showing the inside of the new building and if their office is either on main flr or on another flr.
I know I haven't been in that bldg. I just got a busy signal and hung up on . NOT happy!!!

I was a patient at this practices for about a year before i found a much better and helpful doctors office. i was a patient of dr. West and she would refuse to see me and transferred me to speak to a nurse about my health concerns. The receptionists are very rude and won't let you speak. They would argue with me all the time about my care that they don't even know about not to mention you can stay on hold for at least an hour just to get a hold of them. This was the worst family doctors office I've ever been to.

Hate to do this, using this platform as last resort – could somebody please contact me about the transfer of my personal health files? I have sent the request and paid this past summer and have been faxing, calling, emailing, leaving voicemails and messages with the reception for a few months with no resolution.
