I had an excellent experience during my recent visit. Dr. Michels was highly professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. I live within walking distance. They have a convenient pharmacy within the building. The doctor is very accommodating and thorough. The gentleman at the reception desk is also very humble. My family doctor is in Burlington. She always tells me to go to the walk-in clinic. I'm very thankful for the clinic.

The process was very steady , signed in with the tablet as it was my first time there . The staff was very nice and energetic and very knowledgeable on what I needed .
The doctor was outstanding and also extremely nice but also very professional . I will be going there again if I need to do so .

Great experience all around, from kind and competent staff at the front desk to a funny, efficient, and professional physician.
I went for booster shots and a TB skin test. Quick and easy. Clean office. Will definitely return!
