I appreciate the services and the care received from Hunter Medical Clinic and would recommend All that need a Family Doctor 💊 or a Walk-In Clinic to visit and see the difference. I personally wish to appreciate Dr. Chinwe for the exceptional service offered to me the many times I have gone there. I want to specify an emergency that I had and was scheduled an appointment in less than 2min with a doctor 🏥 and in 15min I was already being checked out and got the service I needed. Excellent 👌 Work.

The experience was amazing, Dr. Kanu is kind and he's always ready to give you a listening ears when you are there to see him, he's a great doctor.
Cheers to the receptionist Rama &Shila, their jokes and smile will make you more stronger even if you're sick when you're dia.

Very pissed off! So April 22 at 1:17pm I called and booked an APPOINTMENT with the receptionist who barely speaks English....anyway she tells me Saturday April 26th at 9:45am. I just got there at 9:40am today and was told SATURDAYS are for WALK INS I was like but I was given an appointment this is regarding my declining mental health issues. She said well there is 6 people ahead of you if you want to wait. I'm like I WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Had I've known about the walk ins on Saturday thing I would have been 1st in line 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!! Dr Kanu I hope you read this and FIX YOUR STAFF!

I was looking for a new family doctor and especially looking for a new GOOD family doctor who actually cares about their patients . I felt hopeless about the way I was feeling and soon became aware that I wasn’t getting the standard of care I should’ve been from my previous family doctor.
Dr. Kanu is a great doctor. He took the time to talk with me, and he truly listened to me as a patient. (I felt heard). He is attentive, patient, and a caring doctor. Very importantly, I didn’t feel rushed.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kanu.
His receptionists/ nurses were very kind and nice and, they took my blood pressure, height and weight prior to the doctor seeing me.
Im so happy with the care that was given to me. I was waiting for a long time for the proper treatment and referrals.
So ……. in general, The office is great from the employees to the doctor. I felt very comfortable, and well taken care of. I found my new family doctor in Dr. Kanu

If I could give 0 stars I would the receptionist is bringing this place down. Unprofessionalism and rudeness is all you get as service. Can’t believe I got hung up on asking simple questions because another client was on the phone. I didn’t catch her name but whoever is working at the desk at 11 am on Friday June 20th work on ur phone etiquette cause saying “what do u want me to do about” me being physically unable to come

Worst Clinic, doctor Okechukwu is very rude, and always having an attitude. She was very nice on your first appointment but not until you see her for the second appointment. I had my appointment with her is completely useless and a waste of my time, she wouldn't try to help you at all. I suggest if you have any health problems you should google it better than make an appointment with this doctor, it just a waste of time

I Have been with this Doctor for a while, his client centeredness approach . Cultural appropriateness accessible and family friendly makes it one of the best walk in clinic I highly recommend for anyone who need medical services to sign this Doctor for medical services. The staff are friendly and understanding too.

Called for a walk-in and got put on hold for 5 minsonly to be told that my quick question couldn't be answered at the moment because it was busy and I needed to call back. And she hung the phone up in my face! Very rude and unprofessional. Also, learn to speak English, you live in Canada!!!
