I had a positive experience at this clinic. Everything was timely and well-organized. The receptionist was friendly and had a genuinely positive attitude. The doctor (Dr. Fares Hayek) was knowledgeable, attentive and took the time to truly listen to my concerns, which I really appreciated. The pharmacist was also professional and explained everything clearly. Overall, a smooth and reassuring visit.

1st time here with my daughter, Amazing staff and caring. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind. The dr. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I was literally in there for 5 minutes and seen the doctor and have my prescription. Very great experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

This was our second visit, and once again, we were extremely impressed. The new location is clean, modern, and welcoming. The entire team and the pharmacist were professional, kind, and attentive. We were seen within 10 minutes if not less , which was a huge relief, especially since I brought in my 1 y.o daughter who was experiencing severe fevers. Dr. Ayman was thorough, and he took the time to address all our concerns and reassure us. Highly recommend!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist and taken back to see the doctor. Waited less than 5 minutes for the doctor, who was kind, easy to talk to and very thorough. Left with my prescription filled in less than 30 minutes overall. This clinic is not only super professional but extremely clean and well maintained. Would recommend Unity to anyone looking for a walk in clinic in Hamilton!

Very welcoming clinic ! Immediately upon entering your greeted with a stunning living wall ! Very calming atmosphere and clean facilities . physicians aren't quick to prescribe an unneeded medication 💊 and focus more on evidence based natural remedies to combat those troublesome symptoms ! Don't worry if a medication is needed they got you covered there too !

I had a great experience at this clinic because the receptionist, the doctor and the pharmacist were all kind and efficient. Their energy was very welcoming and I was in and out in 20 minutes! This was the best walk in experience I have had in Hamilton. The office is also very nice and clean. I highly recommend this Walk In Clinic!

I know this place is relatively new, so maybe people don't know about it yet? I couldn't believe it but I was in and out with a prescription and no waiting in 10 minutes. I have waited HOURS in a walk-in clinic and I even wait longer for my own doctor.

The woman at the reception desk was so kind and helpful and Dr. Fatima was efficient and answered all my questions.

Selfishly, I hope more people don't find out about this place so I can walk-in next time and not wait at all!
