Dr Laura Creppin is amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she’s also very personable. Her passion clearly shines through in every encounter. We started seeing her last year for my teen’s chronic migraines and I recently went to see her for a horrible neck kink and she has done wonders for us both. She talks you through assessments and treatments, makes sure you understand the what and the why and keeps you comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment.

My first visit to a chiropractor was with Dr. Matthew Booth, and it couldn’t have gone better. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease with his friendly and approachable demeanor. He really knows what he's doing and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, all while adding just the right touch of humor to keep things light. The stretches and exercises he suggested have made a huge difference in managing my pain. Plus, they handle direct billing to insurance, which made the whole process stress-free for me. My first time with a chiropractor and Dr Matthew Booth was excellent. He explained everything so well with a great touch of humour and knowledge. He gave me great stretching and exercise techniques that really helped my pain. He is a real pleasure to visit. They also direct bill to insurance which was very easy on myself. I saw Dr Matthew Booth for the first time in summer of 2018 for a back/hip issue. He was thorough in explaining the probable cause of the issue, manipulated the affected area and sent me home with exercises to do, to continue and maintain the healing. After two sessions and the “homework”, I was fixed. No more pain. I returned to him a year or so later for a neck issue. Same process - fixed. Returned the next year for a different back issue. Fixed. He’s not a cracking fiend. He’s gentle and always explains the process and ensures that you thoroughly understand everything. I like that his mantra is to get you well, and to not have to see him each week for years and years as some other providers do. I’ve recommended him to many people, and will definitely return to see him when/if the need arises. He’s a really nice person and wants you to get well.

It has been such a great experience with Chiro Booth, Matthew has brought me from barely being able to walk, due to postpartum related SI joint issues, to being able to walk normally and pain free. His technical insight, recommended exercises, and the treatments (Chiro and acupuncture) all gave me the tools I needed to heal properly and progressively. I really appreciated his approach to getting better rather than everywhere else that just treated me for the pain with no plan on how to actually recover from my injury. Highly recommend for anyone in pain and especially for women who are pregnant and postpartum for pain or pain prevention.
