I’ll start by saying Dr Mall is a great doctor. Doesn’t rush during the appointment and takes the time to listen to whatever the issue is you want to discuss. Now, for the not so good stuff. I have been going to this clinic since it opened and I will never forget the first day being told “our intent is to reduce the number of people going to the ER for non-emergency related issues”. My doctor retired and I was referred to Dr Mall. I have been to the ER more times than ever since switching doctors simply due to the long wait times to see Dr. Mall, in some cases a 4 week wait. Sorry, if I call with a possible ear infection I cannot wait 4 weeks to see a dr or 2 weeks to see the NP, so off to the ER I go. They need to focus on the patients they have instead of increasing their workload. I constantly have to follow up with the clinic regarding referrals as they never do it, nor provide me with updates from other offices.

My old doctor passed away, and I ended up with a doctor Moon. He was the worst doctor I have even dealt with. I call over and over to get in, and they tell me that I have to call every day to get in cause he is not in or busy. Wear weeks later, I ended up in the hospital very sick and then got discharged 4 days later, and the hospital told me to contact my doctor, which I did, and they said the same thing knowing how sick Doctor Moon refused to take me cause I went to a walk in clinic and he said to me in the back room This is how patients lose doctors very rude, so I just gave up and got a new doctor who took me right away.. I will never recommend him to anyone... he doesn't even derve the one star he a very rude man.

Dr Hijazi is a very nice person aside from being a doctor. As a doctor he takes his time with you and is very thorough. He cares very much about your well being and seems like he would do anything in his power to help you in anyway possible as he deems safe for you. I always research doctors before I apply to them as a patient. Dr Hijazi had great reviews. Look him up online for yourself. He's one of the many best doctors you can have as a family doctor. I'm glad and greatful he has accepted me as his patient. As for the medical center itself, I have not had any bad experiences yet like other people have that have reviewed on here so far. Everything has been great so far!

Called to have documentation sent to surgeon yes it was at end of day reception put me on hold and did not return got disclaimer recording phone lines had been turned off. So frustrating. Sometime so simple but yes it may ne the end of day but treat others how you want to be treated. Isn't that your recording states!!

Lovely doctors with a hard-working reception team. These ladies do much more than just answer the phone. Have grace and patience for them as they work as fast and efficiently as possible while maintaining care and concern for patients. Stay kind!

I am a recent patient of Dr Koreman/Dr Moon. My experience has been exceptional at every level: from the quick appraisal of our application, personable and extensive meet and greet via telephone and most recently from my first in person meeting and followup with Dr Koreman.
The reception staff was lovely and helpful as was the Nurse who offered to give me my annual flu shot while I waited briefly for the doctor.
Dr Koreman is an excellent communicator. She explained in great detail my test results and options for treatment and was sincerely interested in asking me my concerns and in involving me in a treatment plan. She sent me for further testing to the hospital next door where the test was done quickly.
Results were reviewed by Dr Moon in less than a week. Dr Koreman phoned me with the outcome which required further followup. Once again I greatly appreciated her professionalism and concern.
What a great team! Thanks Dr. Koreman/Dr Moon and all the Central Lambton team for the timely and personable care!

Dr Mall is the best doctor I have had in 51 years. He always manages to get you in or on a telephone call as quickly as possible. When you talk with him he does not rush you through. There is no limit of 3 questions per visit you can ask as much as you want, within reason. He listens and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. I hope to have him as my doctor for many more years to come.
