I went in with lowlights booked. I was looking for a more dark dimensional look. Nigin told me a level 2 wouldn't process on my level 5 non vigrin hair and did a test strain which showed it didn't go darker and would just have to do highlights. The highlights came out bad, uneven and just awful looking. I've never been told I would have a hard time going darker, so I thought it was odd I couldn't go darker but I went for her "professional" opinions and options but after talking with a few other hair stylist they told me I definitely could have went darker virgin hair or not. The hair stylist I have been talking to said she can't believe she would even bleach my hair. Nigin also messed up my cut, it's every short at the front and long at the back. I have messaged Nigin on Instagram she read my message and didn't respond and so I messaged again asking for a refund and still nothing.

Update: Nigin refuses to refund me because I picked the color, never mind awful highlight job she gave me. & no I didn't choose to have different shades of color in my hair.

I just want to start off with saying that I have been to a few hair salons and I have never been happy with the outcome. It has been quite difficult finding a salon that I could trust with my hair. If you are questioning if this is a hair salon you can trust with your hair then this is your sign!

I am so glad that I gave Nigin’s Beauty Studio a chance because Nigin did absolutely amazing. She asked me many questions and made sure that she understood exactly what I had wanted and she gave me just that and a little more!

The outcome of my hair was even better than what I had imagined. I am so happy and will continue booking with Nigin for all of my future hair needs.

I am referring literally everyone I know to her as I am speechless with her talent and professionalism.

She was insanely patient with me and very kind as I was very hesitant about what I wanted to do with my hair.

She made sure I was comfortable and asked me if I wanted to listen to music or watch Netflix. AND she made me tea! 😂🩷

While she was very nice in person while I got the hair treatment done, I was not really satisfied with the result as it was not much difference than original. The part where I decided to go ahead and rate is because I reached out after sending pictures to get some feedback and was ignored. The message is a month ago today. Unprofessional and will not be returning or referring anyone.

10/10 experience today. I came in with a box colour mess that I have been dreading to get fixed. Nigin got to work on my hair right away. Asking as many consultation questions as possible to make sure I got the result I wanted. I felt so comfortable in her chair. We talked and watched Netflix it felt like I was hanging with a friend while getting my hair done. By far the most amazing experience getting my hair done. Nigin offered me food and even made me tea and coffee while we chatted. She really worked a miracle on my hair. I never thought I would be able to achieve the blond I wanted after box dye, but she worked her magic and exceeded my expectations!! Will definitely be coming back regularly 🙂

God it worth every cent I spend there, I just did my first session and I am already in love with the outcome. Nigin really made my time at here salon very enjoyable and relaxing experience. She even turned on her TV and put some Movies on so I don’t get bored. Also, she made sure I feel comfortable at her salon checking on me if I needed anything. You are the best Nigin❤️.
