He was able to diagnose the issue easily and ordered the part for us. He came back a second time to install it and put everything together and cleaned up after himself. We just had RTC appliances out to replace the compressor on my 30 year old Sub Zero Fridge. RTC quoted me for only the components needing replacement and labour. They were professional, courteous and competent. They were extremely careful with the removal of the fridge from its location to access the unit and had specialized equipment to do so. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

After having been taken advantage of by another appliance company that only takes cash and is highly rated on Google, it was reassuring that there are still reputable and competent appliance companies still out there. RTC is one! They will be my go to from now on.

Justin and Brad were great to deal with. Called ahead to give us an approximate time window that they would arrive and then called again to let us know they were on their way. They did a great job installing our new fridge and took the time to explain things. They were also able to realign our oven door that started having issues.

We purchased a GE Cafe fridge and had issues upon delivery. GE contacted RTC to address our creaking maligned door. The technician was professional, friendly and very courteous. He listened to our concerns, some of which GE will NOT address, as they have deemed them cosmetic as follows: The water dispenser is very scratched, they missed paint at the factory, and the top-drawer handle is tarnished. Still trying to get this resolved but GE support are non responsive.
Before the hinge arrived for the door, our ice maker stopped working. It is only 2 months old. The technician took the time to assess after replacing the hinge and told us the freezer components would need to be replaced to the tune of approximately $1200. This is covered under the warranty.
These parts have been replaced, last week, and the fridge is now working as expected. Our technician Anthony was very thorough, he was the technician we had before, he had to defrost the freezer even though we had unplugged the fridge. It took some time and Anthony was patient during the process.
Fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong. The manufacturer's warranty is only 1 year.
Very thankful for RTC and Anthony for their excellent customer service!
FYI we were able to adjust the door, at first we weren't sure. I found the instructions online.
