My first initial consultation was an amazing experience! Immediately entering the office there is a relaxed and inviting vibe from reception. The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step, very friendly and professional. Also meeting Dr. Grebe for the first time was calming instead of the usual anxiety I have when it comes to the dentist. He was very professional with great chair side manors, very intelligent and willing to help. Thank you everyone for helping me through the fears and the great patient service. For the first time, I very much look forward to coming back 😊!

I had a wonderful experience at Grebe dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The front desk team made the check-in process smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment.

The hygienist was incredibly gentle and thorough during my cleaning, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Grebe took the time to answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated the clear explanations about my treatment options and the honest advice.

Great dentists and dentail hygienists! Very caring , honest and professional . They explained everything that was happening to make sure I knew what was going to happen and what was happening with my tooth abscess. Front end staff were friendly, informative and professional. They looked into what my Insurance would cover so there were no surprises next visit . It was my first visit and they took me on an emergency and I honestly am happy to go back and feel comfortable with having them doing my dentil surgery next week .

Absolutely horrible experience, went in for a scheduled appointment once in the chair was told we were going to work on three filings today. When it came time to pay for services provided I was shocked with the amount nearing 1000$ ! When choosing the pre-authorize option for payment staff we’re very unprepared and when I made a comment regarding the surprised amount reception made a comment about how expensive water is (I’m native). As the receptionist proceeded to fill out the paperwork, I then asked to switch my next appointment to a later date, the receptionist instantly stopped what she was doing and voiced she was having a panic attack and walked away to staff lounge. Definitely was not an enjoyable experience.

They are so friendly and welcoming. My 4 year old did amazing at the dentist because the office is welcoming and fun for kids, the staff are good at talking to children and explaining what is going to happen.

Already, Christina, and Dr Eric were fantastic. The office is amazing. Loved the whole experience and I got a new tooth out of it. I'm going back for a cleaning!

Hygienists and Doctors are wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience in the 10 years I’ve been going there. I love the fact that the Val Caron office now sends your information directly to your insurance so you no longer have to pay up front.
