The worst clinic ever! I am a patient there and Doctor Fadaz is fine but if you can set up an appointment to see her. Her staff are really bad, never pick up the calls. And there is no voicemail system, so you only hear the phone hanged up on your face. I have called this place several times in the last ten days, no achievement to make an appointment!

Totally unprofessional. Was hoping to get medical attention and a prescription to offset first signs of bronchitis. Dropped in around 2:30pm and, although there was only one patient sitting around their waiting room, was told that their clinic wasn't accepting any more new patients. Old black guy behind the reception desk -- too disinterested to even look at me when he spoke -- claimed he'd never heard of clarithromycin, that I should go see a pharmacist instead.

Doctor Fadaz is Wonderful. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The male doctor is a bit difficult to deal with at times. I think he is overwhelmed with his work, I guess? Because at times he seems agitated and when you ask him questions he is not clear.

Dr Fletcher is an ok Dr. he does have his off days, What has been mentioned regarding staff however is bang on which is why I gave it three stars. The service is minimal when it comes to staff. Dr Fletcher also has his off days and it is what it is, he is competent of that I have no doubt.

The worst! The absolute worst! The Receptionist named JEAN was very rude and difficult. He has no patience whatsoever, the level of care I received here was borderline disrespectful. I came here to pick up my sick bother from the clinic after picking my son from school I asked him how much long it would take since I had parked on the side of the road because I couldn’t find a parking but JEAN the receptionist keep insisting on me sitting down after telling me it wasn’t he’s problem ... After more umpleasantness he told me he wouldn’t be answering any more of my questions and to leave. Pathetic. The worst, most disrespectful "service" (sic!) I gave them one star, because there are no possibilities to leave a negativ star.

Long wait times even when we have set appointments. Every time we have an appointment, we always have to wait an additional 30 minutes - 1.5 hours
