Hubby started a home project but he had to return some items due to change of plans.
Upon arrival at the store, the staff, (Jennifer ) looked at the receipts and provided the procedure for returns. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful in every way.
In the meantime, I looked around for items that I needed. Jen kept us engaged in a conversation, very sincere and genuine.
I know that this store would prosper for the next years ahead because of the warmhearted nature and cordiality of its staff. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff.
I went in for a specific item. I asked where I could find it and was taken to them. I asked a couple of questions and was given advice.
On my way to pay, I saw an outdoor chair. I was looking for one with longer legs due to a bad back, and the sales associate got the chair out of the bag, got a tape measure & measured it for
me. Sadly, the legs were not as long as I was hoping.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A woman searched out a product for me on their system as opposed to “No we don’t carry it”. Younger, teenager male on cash ringing my purchases through was soooooo polite and cordial. I love shopping in smaller town businesses. Great job folks.

If there was space for a 6th star, they'd get it in my eyes. Everyone is great to work with. From the phone call ahead of the trip there, the folks looking after the service desk and of course the team in the yard, all awesome! Thank you for looking after us and our business! Bravo to the team!

Very helpful & friendly staff.
I wasn't sure where to find the nails I was looking for and the sales associate came over, took me right to them and advised me which ones would be better.
Seems like they have a great selection of products as well.

Best Home Hardware there is. The women who work here know their stuff. Always helpful and friendly. If they don't have what I need they will quickly bring it in. One of the few stores that seem to welcome phone calls and questions. They are my first choice for ideas and information. Excellent reputation in a small town and I really appreciate them being there for us.

The service is like no other, super friendly and helpful. If you are stuck on a project they have all sorts of advice to get you through any issues and will work with you on finding the right solution. I would give 10 stars if I could. My friend from out of town said he will now drive to this store for lumber just for the customer service and the quality of wood products. Thanks again.
