I want to leave a "Shout Out" for Dan at Grand Medical. I don't mean to be "sappy" but really, I am totally impressed and thankful. Over the past 2 years Dan has provided me with all the equipment I needed and, above that, has helped me, many times, over and above what I could possibly hope, for or expect. I have been getting ostomy supplies from this gentleman and his wife for many years now. I have had nothing but great, friendly, knowledgeable, professional service each and every time!
Years back when I was physically struggling, they hand-delivered supplies to my home out of the goodness of their hearts - totally a selfless act.
Every time I am in need of supplies, they are in stock and can be picked up that day. I have even been late on a few accounts to need stuff and he always comes through for me. Thank you so much for your commitment to client satisfaction and for your authentic ways!

Want to give a Shout-Out to Dan at Grand Medical Supplies here in town. I recently had a total knee replacement surgery done and it was important to me to support our local businesses so we checked out his store just prior to my surgery. The gentleman there was friendly, knowledgeable and gave help for contacts in the surrounding area about Mobility Aids. He told me how the program works and time frames involved

Bought a gown for my father, he had surgery and was more comfortable wearing one rather than pajama pants. Kind of pricey for a gown. 52$ with taxes. I wish I would have looked around, online, for more choices.
