I popped into FYidoctors as one of the lenses in my prescription sunglasses has fallen out. The team were fantastic and repaired the glasses while I went for a wander around the shops. They explained the issue, which I now need to address with my optician back home in England. .. As a bonus gave my glasses a much needed clean. Fantastic service and they would be my go-to if I lived in Canmore.

I was visiting from out of town and completely forgot to pack my contact lenses. I walked into the clinic totally blind—literally—and was blown away by how kind and helpful the staff were. They took the time to find the closest match to my prescription in stock, and even gave me a pair for free! I can’t thank them enough for saving my trip. Truly exceptional service and genuinely caring people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of optometry care!

My brother in law fell and broke his glasses. We stopped in to see if FYidoctors could repair them. The young lady had them fixed in a few minutes and said there was no charge. We left her a nice tip for getting us out of a jam. Great service and such a friendly young lady! Thank you!

We walked into FYI greeted by the friendliest employees who were so eager to help. We needed help with an adjustment to our glasses and they helped us immediately, with care and consideration for how the glasses felt, and we were promptly on our way. We would highly recommend visiting FYI Canmore, whether you come from near or far, they are a top notch stop for your eye care needs.
