This is a long story so grab a coffee.
June 2024 I had a new rear tire, brakes ect. done by Northside. July, a week later I am riding done to Cody WY. On the way back all of the bolts holding the pulley to my rear wheel sheared off.
Thankfully this happened south of Medicine Hat. A tow truck to Med Hat and a $1200 U-Haul, with $1000 fuel bill finds the Victory at home.
I have an independent motorcycle mechanic look at it and it is determined that the bolts had been over tightened, stretching them and causing them to sheer. Northside graciously offers to fix the bike. I allow used parts (even though a limited edition and now none matching) as I don't want to be unreasonable.
I get a call in October, the bike is finally done. Oops mistake, the speedo is not working so hang tight.
I stated that if the bike is not completed by snowfall, they will be storing it. As I can't get it to my normal storage space.
So Apr 25, 2025 I phone them at 0900 hrs. Is my bike ready? Yes, if not we will call.
I get there to see my bike has been stored outside, the battery is dead, dirty as all hell.
So now I am out another 150 buck battery. Did you check the air in the tires? No. Did they take the battery inside? No.

Long story short, not bad people there but highly incompetent. I am fit to be tied.

Kendall was very helpful in getting our quads and generators inspected and fixed up in the short turn around time that we needed for our field season. He answered all my questions and was very thorough with details on our quotes. The service was excellent and suited our busy work schedules.

Walked in. No one at the service desk. No one around, wanted to make a purchase. No one said hello or even acknowledge me, my two boys. Walked around, saw one guy. On the phone, another staff looked at us, said nothing. Then staff were at the service counter. Enquired about an oil change, got a quote and left.

Stopped in and the staff got me off loaded and machine into to the shop for repairs..
We will be back on the trail after they fix it up for us.
