BEST experience at this clinic. They were super friendly and got me into my appointment 10 minutes early. The technician was calm, patient, and took time explaining what she saw to my husband and I. 10/10 best medical experience I've had in Ontario in a VERY long time.

Nice service: Quick appointment right after doctor referral, clear instruction in the appointment call, couple of reminder email before the appointment.
One suggestion: it will be great having introductions (fasting and drink water beforehand) in appointment email.

I recently had an ultrasound at Well Heath king center and I'm delighted to share my positive experience. The staff conducting the ultrasound exhibited exceptional professionalism and care. They actively listened to my concerns, ensuring they addressed all my questions thoroughly. Throughout the procedure, they provided clear explanations, detailing what they were observing and how everything appeared inside. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire appointment. Overall, I highly commend the staff at the King Well health center for their excellent service and compassionate approach to patient care during my ultrasound and reception of the patients.

The 2 front staff members were friendly and welcoming from the beginning. They helped me get a procedure I had not booked there and even cancelled my appointment at another location! The 2 technicians were very professional, talking me through each procedure letting me know what was happening during the whole time I was with them. The best clinic I have ever attended! Kudos to all.

Very informative and quick service at this location! Could get confusing on how to get to the concourse level, but otherwise worth the visit. Make sure to email or fax your requisition to get your appointment as someone will follow up in a business day or so. They will call you ahead of time for the appointment and will email or fax your doctor as well.

They offer multiple services here but check their website and call to make sure their services are available as the x-ray was not available earlier and had to go to another location. They usually recommend the Bay location (for x-ray) but it is too busy there all the time.

The receptionists were busy but very informative on any questions you had. Additionally, they have an organized system pending on the service you need and the receptionists will lead you to your area. Cardiology was located a few steps further from the entrance around the corner where they had chairs for waiting for your appointment.

Location-wise, if accessing from the street level at RSM Place entrance, there are 4 elevators but 3 go down, and 1 does not access the concourse level to get to the Centre. If you're accessing via the concourse or PATH level, the entrance is located next to Mos Mos.
