It’s extremely rare nowadays to come across a company, a team and sales people that not only go above and beyond to ensure you are provided with best possible product(s) for your needs, but also make you feel like family and part of the circle at the same time.
Everyone at MED+ from the owner, sales and service team to the hilarious front desk ladies that make experiencing all that a reality, and all deserve credit for the experience.
Richard is a kick a*s dude that deserves a raise or promotion for the effort, dedication, resourcefulness, knowledge and poise he brings.
No matter what the issue, request, hurdle, inquiry or administrative process in getting dad set up, he was on top of it!
MED+ has put us into a position where life can now be a little easier as life transitions physically for a loved one, and through the experiences we’ve already had with them they will continue to be our go-to for changes, additions, questions or products that we may need as things continue to change and as long as adaptations are needed.

When my parent was in need of a hospital bed and wheelchair at their assisted living residence, MedPlus (the recommended vendor) was very happy to take my order. 9 days after delivery (mid February) they were absolutely unresponsive to my calls and emails regarding an issue I had with the bed. Zero returned calls regarding my issue, and only one returned email in response when I pointed out they over billed me for the wheelchair rental. In March the bed had a cracked footboard, as a result of the bed being relocated. It is now 3 and a half months later, and the foot board panel has finally been replaced (with a head board panel, which is too large, but we will fix that on our own). I am grateful to the staff at my parent’s residence who were able to get a response from MedPlus, and a panel. But I would definitely not recommend buying from MedPlus (renting may have had a different outcome).

Excellent, quick service. Thank you! ***I've changed my opinion. The lift is no longer working properly and I can't get any service. My husband is an invalid and I haven't been able to take him out for 4 days. I had to cancel a medical appointment. They were quick to sell the lift and take my money, but I'm really disappointed oin the after-sale service.
