I recently injured myself, and required an ankle support bandage to assist with a sprain. My spouse attended and picked up what she thought was the proper size support from the home care section. Nowhere is it clearly posted that a purchase from this section was final with no returns - or exchanges. My spouse was not advised by staff when she cashed out of this policy either. The return policy was printed at the bottom of the receipt after the purchase was completed. Inspecting the package at home, I realized it was too small. We did not open this package and my spouse returned immediately to the store to try and exchange for a larger size. The exchange was denied - package sealed receipt in hand - no discussion. We now have a product that we cannot use in this home and spent a decent amount of money on it.

I’ve been using Caravaggio for as long as I can remember. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and give amazing advice. They are so compassionate, and always happy to help. If they don’t have it, they’ll find it for you. Gail and all the behind the counter staff. They go above and beyond.

Always seems to be well stocked with the medication I go in looking for. Cashiers are always friendly at the front.
Can’t speak on the pharmacy as I don’t use this one but the IDA itself is great!

I was very disaapointed.....when the pcist spoke to me rudely, when i wanted my rx transferred, she wanted to get compensated for the time she spent on my rx.....what about my time waiting and constantly calling , even going there to get it ? I dont expect health professionals to speak that way. Well they just lost us as forever.
