ODSP office in Simcoe is the worst place to go to because the Case Worker I have is the Worst because they are withholding my ODSP money like not allowing me to have it and another thing is not Responding right away like by Telephone goes straight to voicemail and doesn't seem caring at all and honestly I'm pissed off because they don't want to help me or just don't bother that's my honest opinion 😡

Location is very clean and well organized; the secretaries are very friendly and pleasant. The case workers do their best to be supportive and offer assistance to the best of their abilities.

This office is able to assist us with all our concerns. Not their fault there is a lot of bureaucracy that can mess things up from time to time. My only concern is having no way to find out the have received something I have sent them is to phone.
