Everyone at the WELL Health Diagnostic Centre was very friendly and welcoming. I was kept informed throughout my visit, and my technician was very professional. Appointments are on time and they have everything moving like a fine oiled machine. Always have a very positive experience at each visit. Great centre to receive the health care you need.

This health care facility is the absolute best place in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
Their technologists are caring, knowledgeable and have wonderful bedside manners. Their receptionists work so hard and are extremely busy, but they always do appropriate measures to ensure each patient is adequately taken care of. Michelle at front desk is an angel sent from heaven and has top notch patient care and professionalism with just the perfect charisma. I would recommend this clinic to my family and would know that they are safe and cared for properly. The manager is a bright shining star that ensures her team is the best in Ontario.

During a recent routine doctor’s appointment , my doctor sent me to the lab, one floor below, for an ecg. I was seen within 10 minutes by a friendly, competent technician.
I never worry about being given a test in this particular lab. The staff is always friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for better treatment.

Heart test done here. A little anxiety because of type of testing. The staff was very polite and assuring in their procedures. Always making sure I was comfortable and offering alternatives if I posed a feeling of anxiousness. I am very thankful for their professionalism and especially their personable demeanor.

Had an appointment so didn’t have to wait long. Very organized and friendly. The female technician who took my blood was very skilled. I literally felt no prick, that’s rare! Also, super friendly which makes all the difference. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars…male tech who greeted me wasn’t overly friendly. Came off as irritated and hurried. Very good experience all in all.

The lady doing my test was awesome, very chatty and personable. Made the whole experience relaxing, we even shared a few stories and laughs. Thank you, I didn't catch her name, but I appreciated her being so nice and thorough!

I found the girls that register to be very polite and helpful. They do a great job of welcoming you to the clinic. My technician was also very polite and tactful. It appeared that he was very thorough with his assessment. Well done staff of Simcoe Ontario.

The technician was very friendly and made me feel at great ease during the bone density test. She was very quick and efficient. She even gave me a paper with suggested exercises to do to help me with my hips which was greatly appreciated! I started extra hip exercising today! Thank you!
