I went here for my 12 week pregnancy scan.This is my 4th pregnancy and this was the worse experience I've had getting an ultrasound. Right from the beginning the tech was unfriendly and didn't give me the time of day. Barely answering my questions and being rude. She wouldn't even let me hear the heartbeat giving some excuse but with all 3 other pregnancies they let me hear the heartbeat at that stage. And I got to see the baby for maybe 20 seconds, was like well not much to see..here's the flickering heart, head, body and then turned the screen away. I was so shocked by the experience especially since I was so kind the whole time and was always treated with respect and kindness at other clinics. I left feeling defeated and robbed of the joy of connecting with my baby after a rough first trimester. I would believe all the bad reviews, avoid disssapointment and go elsewhere.

Erin was so accommodating,and seems to have a passion for helping people. She was so helpful helping me with my ailment,which unfortunately hinders my mobility. Can’t wait for my reduction… thank you Humber Valley Imaging (Simcoe) for the awesome patient care! I will be back post operation.

October 10th, 2:30pm: Loud, condescending receptionist has no consideration for privacy and was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes and acted completely disgusted when given the requisition.

Your receptionist is exactly what an already sick patient should not have to suffer through.
Even the other receptionist seemed shocked at how horrible her co-worker was speaking.

* I will make the signing Doctor aware that “Well!!, He should have known better!”

Went to Ancaster X-Ray & Ultrasound instead and was welcomed into a completely different environment with a warm, helpful receptionist and overall compassionate experience.
Definitely worth the drive !

Showed up half an hour before closing. Waiting room was empty. Was told that they weren't doing any more xrays because they were doing mammograms. The hours state 8-5:00. I just wasted an hour of my time and now have to take more time off work on another day. If your opening times say until 5pm, you should be offering your services until that time.

I had an awesome experience having my ultrasound done. The technician was extremely polite and even let my fiance come in at the end of the appointment.

I was admitted into the room right on time.

I would recommend them in the future for appointments in the Simcoe area. Previous negative comments had me scared but after being there twice I have no idea why they scored low.

The ultrasound technician was very kind and supportive. Baby wasn’t cooperating and she tried her best for nearly an hour to get measurements. The receptionist was unnecessarily very rude to my husband. She made him and an elderly woman wait outside in the storm for 30-40 minutes. She wouldn’t even allow them to wait in the little lobby. My husband said the older woman looked freezing. Then once the tech gave me the ok to call him inside, he came to the front desk and stated we were ready for him and the same receptionist gave him a hard time and pretended not to recognize who he was from earlier and kept asking him questions and to repeat himself over and over. Then makes a smarta** comment about bringing him into the wrong ultrasound room. This woman clearly has a terrible history with patients as your reviews reflect this greatly. Why is she still working here and able to abuse people like this. We won’t be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely awful. The receptionists are rude, they barely look up or acknowledge you when you enter. The fact that they still do not allow your husband inside the ultrasound and have to wait until the end and rush it. Was fully expecting to know the gender at my 21 week ultrasound but they didn’t inform me until I called and asked that I would not find out and have to talk to my dr. Thought the whole point of them was to be informed at this ultrasound. Completely unimpressed and I hope to never have to go to this center again.
